服务地方产业升级创新煤化工技术技能人才培养模式

【摘要】：本文紧紧围绕鄂尔多斯煤化工产业升级转型对新型煤化工技术技能人才的需要,以"双主"技术的选择为前提,以新型煤化工职业教育集团建设为机制,以搭建基于"双主"技术的产学研平台为支撑,创新了实践引领的新型煤化工技术技能人才培养模式,培养了大批新型煤化工技术技能人才,助推了鄂尔多斯国家级现代煤化工产业示范区建设。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the needs of the new type of technical talents of coal chemical industry in Ordos, taking the choice of "double main" technology as the premise and the construction of the new vocational education group of coal chemical industry as the mechanism. Based on the construction of the production, education and research platform based on the "double main" technology, the paper innovates the training mode of the new type of coal chemical technical skill personnel, and trains a large number of new coal chemical technical skill talents. Promoted the Ordos state-level modern coal chemical industry demonstration zone construction.
