新疆丝绸之路经济带核心区职业教育与区域经济协调发展分析

【摘要】：随着丝绸之路经济带核心区地位的确立,新疆区域经济快速发展且处于转型升级的多重变革之中,需要大量的技能型人才,职业教育与区域经济协调发展显得尤为重要,两者的协调性主要体现为规模的协调、专业与产业结构的协调以及职业教育效益与社会效益的协调三个方面。从上述三方面进行职业教育与区域经济的协调发展分析,新疆尤其应在加大教育经费投入力度和提高南疆职业教育发展水平方面特别着力。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of the core area of the Silk Road economic belt, the rapid development of regional economy in Xinjiang is in the process of transformation and upgrading, and a large number of skilled talents are needed, so the coordinated development of vocational education and regional economy is particularly important. The coordination of the two is mainly reflected in three aspects: coordination of scale, coordination of professional and industrial structure, and coordination of efficiency and social benefit of vocational education. From the above three aspects of the coordinated development of vocational education and regional economy, Xinjiang should pay special attention to increasing the investment of education funds and improving the development level of vocational education in southern Xinjiang.
