职业教育中、高、本衔接的教学标准建构研究

【摘要】：中职、高职、职业教育本科衔接是构建现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分。这种衔接不是简单地通过培养方案、课程进行叠加来拉长培养年限,也不是将先理论后实践、先基础知识后专业知识这种学科体系下的课程进行粗放式取舍的方式来衔接,而是迫切需要通过顶层设计形成衔接体系的方法论,形成该体系的基础逻辑与运行规律。本文针对目前中职、高职、职业本科衔接中存在的多个标准、重复设课、多套体系、没有理论统领、课程边界模糊等问题,提出三个转化和五个步骤的方法论,并以销售专业的教学标准设计为例呈现其不同教育等级之间衔接的方法和步骤,从而构建职业教育统一的教学标准体系,为构建职业教育体系提供理论基础和教学框架。
[Abstract]:The connection of secondary vocational, higher vocational and vocational education is an important part of constructing modern vocational education system. This kind of convergence does not simply extend the training years through the training scheme, the superposition of the curriculum, nor does it link up with the extensive selection and selection of courses under the discipline system, that is, first theory and then practice, first basic knowledge and then professional knowledge. It is urgent to form the methodology of linking system through top-level design, and form the basic logic and operation law of this system. Aiming at the problems existing in the convergence of secondary vocational, vocational and vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the methodology of three transformations and five steps, such as repeated courses, multiple sets of systems, no theoretical leadership, and vague curriculum boundaries, and so on. Taking the design of teaching standards for sales specialty as an example, the paper presents the methods and steps of linking up between different educational levels, so as to construct a unified teaching standard system of vocational education and provide the theoretical basis and teaching framework for the construction of vocational education system.
