基于行动导向的“自动生产线安装与调试”课程开发与实践

【摘要】：基于行动导向的理念,联合企业相关岗位的工作人员、行业专家、学生多方参与共同开发课程。以服务工作岗位为宗旨,确定课程的职业能力培养目标,同时兼顾技能鉴定和技能大赛的要求选择学习载体和学习情境。在教学组织与实施时,按照企业完成项目的工作过程,即项目立项、项目设计、安装调试、项目验收、项目总结、资料归档六步来开展教学,真正实现了学校学习情境中的学习过程和企业真实职业情境中的工作过程零距离对接。
[Abstract]:Based on the concept of action-oriented, the staff, industry experts, and students of related positions in the joint enterprise participate in the joint development of courses. The aim of this paper is to set the goal of vocational ability training, and to choose the learning carrier and learning situation according to the requirement of skill appraisal and skill contest. In the teaching organization and implementation, the teaching is carried out according to the six steps of the enterprise to complete the project work process, that is, project establishment, project design, installation and commissioning, project acceptance, project summary, data archiving. It realizes the zero distance docking between the learning process in the school learning situation and the working process in the real career situation of the enterprise.
