大学社会评价多元主体构成的研究

【摘要】:大学的社会评价是目前日益兴起的一个热门话题,尤其是大学排行榜的盛行,使得人们投注更多的目光到大学的社会评价上。然而伴随着高等教育评估的发展,大学的社会评价这一部分并未得到充足的发展和完善,,仍处于艰难发展阶段。许多学者将目光积聚在大学的排行榜上,对此开展批评和研究。然而大学排行榜只是大学社会评价的一个部分,未能完全代表社会对于大学的评价。因此,应强调整个社会所参与的大学评价,而非仅仅是大学排行榜或是中介研究机构。在开展大学的社会评价之前,首先需要明晰的一个概念是,谁才是大学社会评价的主体,评价主体的不明晰,导致了研究的混乱和纷杂。通过对参与大学社会评价的主体做出明确的分层归纳,并对每一个层次的主体都进行的较为详细的分析研究,从而了解社会评价的现状。首先表明其研究背景和层次划分依据,然后从个体、群体、社会中介机构三个具体部分对各主体进行了详细的现状分析,试图从评价主体这一角度找出现行大学社会评价所凸显的问题,并努力寻求解决之道。个体的社会评价从以前的零星发展,自由评论到今天逐步受到社会的重视,其中以家长为代表,家长的话语权在高等教育中开始产生影响。群体在大学社会评价中一直存在着一定的影响,根据利益相关者理论,其中又以用人单位和媒体的作用尤为明显。用人单位对各高校毕业生的评价直接决定着大学专业培养方向以及高等教育质量状况,而媒体随着时代的发展,其话语权影响力越来越大,其对于高等教育的评价也受到社会的重视。最后,中介机构介于其专业性,在大学社会评价这一领域一直处于相对权威的地位,对其发展的历史与现状、评价实现途径以及其特点总结等方面进行了较为详细的分析研究。
[Abstract]:The social evaluation of universities is an increasingly popular topic, especially the prevalence of university rankings, which makes people pay more attention to the social evaluation of universities. However, with the development of higher education evaluation, the social evaluation of universities has not been fully developed and perfected, and is still in a difficult stage of development. Many scholars have focused their attention on university rankings, criticizing and researching them. However, the university rankings are only one part of the social evaluation of universities and do not fully represent the social evaluation of universities. Therefore, emphasis should be placed on the evaluation of universities in which the whole society is involved, not just university rankings or intermediary research institutions. Before launching the social evaluation of the university, a clear concept is that who is the subject of the social evaluation of the university, and the lack of clarity of the subject of evaluation leads to the confusion and complexity of the research. In order to understand the current situation of social evaluation, this paper makes a clear stratification induction of the subjects involved in the social evaluation of universities, and makes a detailed analysis and study of the subjects at each level. First of all, it shows the research background and classification basis, and then from the individual, group, social intermediary agencies of the three specific parts of the main body of the detailed analysis of the current situation, This paper tries to find out the prominent problems in the current university social evaluation from the angle of evaluation subject, and try to find the solution. Individual social evaluation from the previous sporadic development, freedom of comment to today gradually received social attention, which is represented by parents, parents' voice in higher education began to have an impact. According to stakeholder theory, the role of employers and media is especially obvious. The evaluation of university graduates by employing units directly determines the direction of university professional training and the quality of higher education. With the development of the times, the media has more and more influence on the right to speak. Its evaluation of higher education is also valued by the society. Finally, the intermediary organization is in the position of relative authority in the field of university social evaluation because of its professional nature. This paper makes a detailed analysis and study on its history and present situation, the way to realize the evaluation and the summary of its characteristics.
