行业企业参与职业教育的历史、问题与实践可能性

【摘要】:我国一直都有行业或企业直接举办或参与职业教育的传统,现阶段企业又成为举办职业教育与培训的重要力量。对行业企业参与职业教育办学实践的研究不仅有助于人们更加理性的认识学校职业教育的功能定位和行业企业在职业教育和培训中的功能定位,也有助于探索体现现代企业特色的可操作的行业企业参与职业教育的模式。本文基于社会主义市场经济体制转轨期的实际情况,运用文献法和调研法,通过对行业企业参与职业教育与培训的办学实践的研究,探索行业企业参与职业教育办学实践的现实可能性和相应的条件与环境。 第一章,绪论,包括研究缘起、研究意义,文献综述和研究设计。 第二章,梳理了我国行业企业参与职业教育的实践历程,包括计划经济体制时期和市场经济体制转轨时期我国行业企业参与职业教育的政策演变。 第三章,分析了我国行业企业参与职业教育办学的问题,包括办学主体的角色定位问题及运行机制问题。 第四章,以江苏省现代物流职业教育联盟的实践为案例,对我国行业企业主动参与职业教育办学的实践进行了分析。 第五章,分析了我国行业企业参与职业教育的现实可能性及相应的条件和环境。 纵观我国职业教育的发展历程,作为办学主体的行业企业,正在或已经发生着变化,它们不同于学校。随着市场经济的逐渐完善,企业正在成为实施职业教育的重要主体,这是不能忽视的事实。在强调学校职业教育的正当性和重要性的同时,理性看待企业在职业教育与培训中的合理定位与作用,建立与完善广义的职业教育与培训体系,事关“以人为本”和“民生为重”职业教育的实现。
[Abstract]:Our country has always had the tradition that the profession or the enterprise organizes or participates in the vocational education directly, at present, the enterprise becomes the important force of organizing the vocational education and training. The research on the participation of industry enterprises in the practice of running vocational education not only helps people to understand the function orientation of school vocational education more rationally and the function orientation of industry enterprises in vocational education and training. It is also helpful to explore the mode of participating in vocational education which embodies the characteristics of modern enterprises. Based on the actual situation of the transition period of the socialist market economy system, this paper applies the literature method and the investigation method, through the research on the practice of participating in the vocational education and training of the industry enterprises. To explore the practical possibility and the corresponding conditions and environment for the enterprises to participate in the practice of running a school in vocational education. The first chapter, introduction, includes the origin, significance, literature review and research design. The second chapter combs the practice course of our country's industry enterprises participating in vocational education, including the policy evolution of our country's industry enterprises participating in vocational education during the period of planned economy system and market economy system transition. In the third chapter, the author analyzes the problems of participating in vocational education in China, including the role orientation of the main body and the operation mechanism. In the fourth chapter, taking the practice of Jiangsu Province Modern Logistics Vocational Education Alliance as an example, the author analyzes the practice of China's enterprises actively participating in vocational education. The fifth chapter analyzes the realistic possibility and the corresponding conditions and environment of China's enterprises participating in vocational education. Throughout the development of vocational education in China, as the main body of running a school, the industry enterprises are or have been changed, they are different from the school. With the gradual improvement of market economy, enterprises are becoming the main body of vocational education, which can not be ignored. While emphasizing the legitimacy and importance of school vocational education, the rational orientation and role of enterprises in vocational education and training should be viewed rationally, and a broad sense of vocational education and training system should be established and perfected. It concerns the realization of the vocational education of people-oriented and people-first.
