四川高职学生特质及培养模式研究

【摘要】：近年来,虽然我国高等职业教育取得了很大发展,高等职业教育作为我国高等教育大众化的重要主力军,并为社会发展输送了大量的优秀人才,进而在社会主义现代化建设进程中发挥了重要作用。但与此同时,我们应当看到,在高等职业技术教育发展进程中,高职人才培养规格和质量都还远远不能满足社会经济发展对高素质人才的需求,呈现出社会需求与高职教育供给之间的错位。 社会对于高职教育一直存在着某种偏见,认为干技术活、在生产第一线工作就是低人一等,所以高职院校在很大程度上也成为了考生和家长没有办法的选择。处在我国高等教育系统低端的高职生到的共同特征是什么,他们的能力、性格、爱好等各方面是否适应当前我国高职教育所提出的要求,应该如何根据他们的自身特点采取更为有效的培养方式。为了解决探讨上述问题和更好地解决社会需求与高等职业技术教育供给之间的错位,本文以“四川高职学生特质及培养模式研究”为选题,以特质培养相关理论为基础,从分析企业对高职人才的具体需求出发,试图以四川高职学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查等研究方法,对目前四川高职学生特质及培养的现状和存在的问题进行研究,从而为四川高职院校建立起一套适应企业需求的高职学生培养模式,为进一步完善高职学生特质及培养模式提供参考性的建议和策略。 本研究论文一共分为五章,第一章为导论部分,主要阐明本次课题的研究背景、研究的目的和意义、研究思路与研究内容、以及研究方法和研究视角等；第二章节为理论介绍和文献综述部分,主要特质培养相关理论知识的概述,以及国内外对特质和培养模式研究的现状等；第三章节以四川高职学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查等方式对四川高职院校与普通高校学生特质进行了比较分析,找出其现存的诸多问题；第四章在前文分析的基础上,提出了四川高职学生特质培养的对策建议,并针对四川高职学生的培养模式,提出一些合理化的建议；第五章为结论部分,对整个论文进行了总结归纳。
[Abstract]:In recent years, although China's higher vocational education has made great progress, higher vocational education as an important force in the popularization of higher education in China, and for the social development of a large number of excellent talent. And then in the socialist modernization process has played an important role. However, at the same time, we should see that in the process of the development of higher vocational and technical education, the training specifications and quality of higher vocational and technical personnel are far from being able to meet the needs of high quality talents in the social and economic development. It presents the dislocation between the social demand and the supply of higher vocational education. The society always has some prejudice to higher vocational education, thinks that doing technical work is inferior to others in the first line of production, so to a large extent, higher vocational colleges have also become the choices of examinees and parents who have no way to do so. What are the common characteristics of the students at the lower end of the higher education system in our country? are their abilities, personalities, hobbies and other aspects suitable for the requirements put forward by the current higher vocational education in our country? How to adopt more effective training methods according to their own characteristics. In order to solve the above problems and better solve the dislocation between the social demand and the supply of higher vocational and technical education, this paper takes "the study on the characteristics and training Mode of Sichuan higher Vocational students" as the topic, and takes the relevant theory of trait training as the basis. Based on the analysis of the enterprises' specific demand for higher vocational talents, this paper attempts to study the characteristics, cultivation status and existing problems of Sichuan higher vocational students by means of questionnaire survey and other research methods, taking Sichuan higher vocational students as the research object. Thus, it can set up a set of higher vocational students' training model to meet the needs of enterprises, and provide reference suggestions and strategies for further improving the characteristics and training mode of higher vocational college students. This research paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part, mainly expounds the research background, the purpose and significance, the research thought and the research content, as well as the research method and the research angle of view of this topic; The second chapter is the theoretical introduction and literature review part, the main characteristics of the relevant theoretical knowledge overview, as well as the domestic and foreign research on traits and training models, etc. The third chapter takes Sichuan vocational students as the research object. By means of questionnaire investigation, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges and universities in Sichuan, and finds out its existing problems. Chapter four, on the basis of the above analysis, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of students' characteristics in higher vocational colleges in Sichuan. In view of the training mode of higher vocational students in Sichuan, some reasonable suggestions are put forward. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, and summarizes the whole paper.
