【摘要】：建设公平正义、高效有序、安定和谐、充满生机与活力的大学成为新时代每一位大学生的追求，但是高校学生社团工作管理体制还是不够完善的，学生的管理工作因为学校环境和文化等各方面因素的影响，从而使学生工作管理提示的发展很艰难。高校科技创新社团是学生社团中的一支为数不多但又不可或缺的力量,是由一群有志于某一学科或某一方向研究的学生自愿组织而成的群众性团体。高校科技创新型社团对培养大学生科技创新能力具有积极意义,在高校学风建设中也有不可替代的地位与作用。高校科技创新社团不仅为校园科技创新活动的开展做出了突出的贡献,也提高了学生的学术能力和创新能力。本文结合湖北职业技术学院科技社团发展历程，运用问卷分析、跟踪调查及理论探讨的形式和方法，，就如何加强与完善学生社团建设、发挥社团作用，真正达到育人内涵提出一些可行性研究建议。本文共分为四个部分，各部分的研究内容如下：一、绪论。这一部分主要介绍了本文研究的背景、目的和意义、思路和研究方法，并对现有的文献进行综述分析，本章是本研究的基础和铺垫。二、高职院校科技社团发展历程。高职院校科技社团含义、类型、作用，发展历史。三、以湖北职业技术学院为例，对高职院校学生科技社团发展现状进行调查。提出当前高职院校学生科技社团存在的问题。高职院校学生科技社团发展路径与对策。四、总结。对本文的研究进行了总结，对今后的研究进行了展望。
[Abstract]:The construction of a fair and just, efficient and orderly, stable and harmonious university is the pursuit of every college student in the new era, but the management system of university student community work is still not perfect. Because of the influence of school environment and culture, the management of students is very difficult to develop. The university science and technology innovation society is a few but indispensable strength in the student association, is a group of students who wish to study in a certain subject or a certain direction of voluntary organization of the mass organization. The university science and technology innovation society has the positive significance to cultivate the university student science and technology innovation ability, also has the irreplaceable position and the function in the university study style construction. The university science and technology innovation community not only makes outstanding contribution to the development of the campus science and technology innovation activities, but also improves the students' academic and innovative ability. Based on the development course of science and technology association in Hubei Vocational and Technical College, this paper makes use of questionnaire analysis, follow-up investigation and theoretical discussion on how to strengthen and perfect the construction of student association and bring into play the role of community. Some feasible research suggestions are put forward to achieve the connotation of educating people. This paper is divided into four parts. The research contents of each part are as follows: First, introduction. This part mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance, ideas and research methods of this study, and summarizes and analyzes the existing literature. This chapter is the foundation and foundation of this study. Second, the development of science and technology organizations in higher vocational colleges. The meaning, the type, the function, the development history of the science and technology association in higher vocational colleges. Third, take Hubei Vocational and Technical College as an example to investigate the status quo of the development of students' scientific and technological associations in higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the scientific and technological organizations of students in higher vocational colleges. The Development path and Countermeasures of higher Vocational College Student Science and Technology Association. IV. Summary. The research of this paper is summarized and the future research is prospected.
