基于校内产教园区商贸类专业实践教学管理改革与创新

【摘要】：针对高职院校商贸类专业实践教学管理滞后、校内生产性实践教学资源不足、学生实践能力欠缺等难题,江苏经贸职业技术学院发挥新老校区空间资源和区位优势,在校内建设产业教育园区,实现传统管理向教学治理转变。一方面,通过构建利益契合为纽带的治理结构,形成利益共同体,吸引实践教学资源向产教园区集聚,实现产教园区生产化、教学环境工场化、教学内容项目化、教学评价社会化;另一方面,通过政校共建的园区管理委员会、校企共建的实践教学管理中心构建双层管理体制,吸收社会力量参与产教园区实践教学决策和内部管理。在产教园区建立教师工作站,实现校企专兼教师共同指导学生的认知实习、课程实训、顶岗实习和毕业实习,并通过对学生实践教学过程的跟踪、反馈,实施学校、企业和社会的综合评价,形成可控化管理动态调整机制,提升实践教学效果和人才培养质量。
[Abstract]:In view of the lagged management of practical teaching of commercial major in higher vocational colleges, the shortage of productive practical teaching resources on campus and the lack of students' practical ability, Jiangsu Economic and Trade Vocational and Technical College has brought into play the space resources and location advantages of the new and old campuses. Build industrial education park in the school, realize traditional management to change to teaching management. On the one hand, through the construction of the governance structure which is linked by the combination of interests, the interests community is formed, the practical teaching resources are attracted to the industrial and educational park, the production of the industry and education park is realized, the teaching environment is made into workshop, and the teaching content is turned into a project. On the other hand, through the campus management committee, the practical teaching management center built by the school and the enterprise constructs a two-tier management system, and absorbs the social forces to participate in the practical teaching decision-making and internal management of the industry and education park. Teachers' workstations are established in the industry and education park to realize the joint guidance of students' cognitive practice, curriculum practice, on-the-job practice and graduation practice, and the implementation of the school through the follow-up and feedback of the students' practical teaching process. The comprehensive evaluation of enterprises and society forms the dynamic adjustment mechanism of controllable management and improves the effect of practical teaching and the quality of personnel training.
