校企合作模式下中职学生的就业能力培养研究

【摘要】:中职学校的根本任务是培养适应生产、建设、服务第一线需要的技能型应用人才,为社会输出初、中级技术人员及技术工人。在工业经济迅速发展的今天,以高新技术为核心的知识经济将占领着主要地位,促使中职教育的发展步伐空前加快,社会需要大量具有现代技能的专业人才。中职教育要适应这个发展形势就必须提高学生的就业能力,提高学生的实践动手的能力和创新能力,增强中职学生就业能力的培养是解决就业问题的重要途径。要培养学生适应社会需要的实践能力和创新能力,在中职学校的课堂教学中,在有限的实验教学中是难以达到的,必须充分利用社会力量和资源,加大与企业合作密度,更深入了解企业的人才需求,才能更好的培养学生就业所需要的能力。 本论文采用文献法和个案分析法进行研究,潜心研读了国内外的研究成果。在阐述了就业能力培养的研究背景、研究意义以及国内外研究现状等内容之后,详细阐述了就业能力的相关概念和理论。然后通过对中职学生就业能力培养现状的分析,以及校企合作下学生就业能力的典型培养途径进行分析,初步了解当前中等职业教育提高学生就业能力的现状、原因与需求,发掘中等职业教育在提高学生就业能力的培养途径中存在一些问题,其主要表现在中等职业学校的办学条件相对简陋;学生对教师的满意度不高、实习指导老师和双师型老师相对匮乏、学生的求学动机不强等问题。在此基础上再以三所国家示范中职学校为例,通过采用对比分析法和电话访谈法,分析三所国家示范中职学校中的特色校企合作模式的优势,以及对中职学生就业能力提高的促进,借鉴他们的成功经验,,最后总结出促进中职学生就业能力提升的途径有中职学校中订单培养、教学工厂、项目教学的培养途径、促进中职学生的职业生涯准备,构建就业能力评价标准、吸引企业参与就业能力培养过程、加强政府在就业能力培养中的作用。
[Abstract]:The basic task of the secondary vocational school is to train the skilled applied talents to meet the needs of production, construction and service in the first line, and to export the technical personnel and technical workers to the society at the beginning and middle level. Today, with the rapid development of industrial economy, the knowledge economy with high and new technology as the core will occupy the main position, promote the development of secondary vocational education to speed up unprecedented pace, the society needs a large number of professional talents with modern skills. In order to adapt to the development of secondary vocational education, it is necessary to improve the students' employability, to improve their practical and creative ability, and to strengthen the cultivation of their employability, which is an important way to solve the employment problem. In order to cultivate students' practical and innovative ability to adapt to the needs of society, it is difficult to achieve in the classroom teaching of secondary vocational schools and in limited experimental teaching. It is necessary to make full use of social forces and resources and increase the density of cooperation with enterprises. A deeper understanding of the talent needs of enterprises, in order to better cultivate the ability of students to obtain employment. In this paper, literature method and case analysis are used to study the domestic and foreign research results. After expounding the research background, research significance and current research situation of employment ability, this paper expounds the related concepts and theories of employment ability in detail. Then through the analysis of the current situation of the secondary vocational school students' employability training, and the typical ways of training the students' employment ability under the cooperation of the school and enterprise, we can understand the present situation, reasons and needs of the secondary vocational education to improve the students' employment ability. There are some problems in the development of secondary vocational education in improving students' employability, which are mainly reflected in the relatively simple conditions of running a secondary vocational school, the students' low satisfaction with teachers, Practice guidance teachers and double-qualified teachers are relatively scarce, students' motivation is not strong and so on. On this basis, taking three national model secondary vocational schools as an example, by using comparative analysis and telephone interview, this paper analyzes the advantages of the characteristic school-enterprise cooperation model in the three national model secondary vocational schools. And the promotion of the vocational school students' employability, using their successful experience for reference, finally summarizes the ways of promoting the secondary vocational school students' employment ability: order training, teaching factory, project teaching training way in the secondary vocational school. To promote the career preparation of secondary vocational school students, to construct the evaluation criteria of employment ability, to attract enterprises to participate in the process of employment ability training, and to strengthen the role of government in employment ability training.
