订单式共育涉外酒店“主管班”的创新实践

【摘要】:立德树人乃现代高职教育之本,核心是人才培养质量,活力在于育人模式的不断创新。出于"新常态"下转型和创新引领的内生动力,苏州地标名企——吴宫-泛太平洋及其所属的酒店集团亟须一大批既有草根精神更具国际视野,直接面向前台、客房、餐饮、康乐等主体岗位的管理精英做人才支撑,2012年率先携手苏州工业职业技术学院共建首个"主管班",融岗证课赛训于一体,以岗定证、以证设课、以课促赛、以赛带训,订单式共育一线主管级精英人才。
[Abstract]:It is the foundation of modern higher vocational education to build up people by virtue, the core is the quality of personnel training, and the vitality lies in the continuous innovation of the mode of educating people. Out of the endogenous driving force of transformation and innovation leading under the "new normal", Suzhou landmarks enterprise-Wu Gong-Pan Pacific and its hotel group urgently need a large number of grassroots spirit to have a more international perspective, directly facing the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants. Kang Le and other main positions of the management elite to do talent support, in 2012 took the lead in working together with Suzhou Institute of Industrial Technology to build the first "supervisor class", the integration of the post card class competition training in one, with the post certificate, card set up classes, with classes to promote the competition, with the competition with training, Order-based co-education of top-line executives of elite talent.
