高职专业人才培养的职业意向养成研究

【摘要】:21世纪学生个性化需求的发展,使得高职教育走个性化教育之路十分必要,为了引导学生主动学习,高职专业导师利用霍兰德职业兴趣测试、舒伯的生涯发展技术、图画测验技术等职业辅导工具,帮助学生逐渐形成稳定的个性化职业意向,让学生成为学习的主角,促使其成为"学习型"学生。
[Abstract]:The development of students' individualized needs in the 21st century makes it very necessary for higher vocational education to take the road of individualized education. In order to guide students to take the initiative in learning, professional tutors in higher vocational colleges make use of Holland's professional interest test and Schuber's career development technology. Vocational counseling tools such as picture test technology help students gradually form stable individualized professional intention, make students become the protagonists of learning and promote them to become "learning-type" students.
