高职素质教育的思想文化诉求

【摘要】：素质教育说到底是培养什么人和怎样培养人的一种教育,是一种使学生学会"做人"的教育。高职素质教育显然不是简单的"技能教育",有其逻辑自洽的思想文化诉求。思想文化素质在高职素质教育诸多内容中,居于主导和首要地位,它规定着其他素质的性质与方向,直接影响高职学生成长成才的高度。加强高职素质教育,须重视其内在的思想文化诉求,深化教育改革与探索,不断提升学生的思想品位和思想境界,为地方经济社会发展培养合格的高素质现代职业人才。
[Abstract]:After all, quality education is a kind of education about who and how to train people. It is a kind of education that enables students to learn how to be a man. Quality education in higher vocational education is obviously not a simple "skill education", and has its logical and self-consistent ideological and cultural demands. Ideological and cultural quality plays a leading and primary role in many contents of quality education in higher vocational education. It defines the nature and direction of other qualities and directly affects the height of the growth and development of vocational college students. To strengthen the quality education in higher vocational education, we must attach importance to its inner ideological and cultural demands, deepen the educational reform and exploration, constantly improve the students' ideological taste and ideological realm, and train qualified modern professional talents with high quality for the development of local economy and society.
