高职院校科教融合的理论发展与路径选择

【摘要】:科教融合是高职院校实施创新驱动发展战略的必然举措。结合国内外科教融合理论的研究情况,立足新的时代背景,扩展了科教融合理论的外延;从政府、教育主管部门、学校、教师等层面,提出了实现科教融合的路径:政府搭建产学研一体化的科教融合平台;教育主管部门构建激励资源互享的科教融合机制;高职院校建立创新型技能人才培养的科教融合体系;教师培养应用技术开发与传播的科教融合能力。
[Abstract]:The integration of science and education is an inevitable measure of implementing innovation-driven development strategy in higher vocational colleges. Combined with the research situation of science and education integration theory at home and abroad, based on the new background of the times, the extension of science and education integration theory is extended from the government, education departments, schools, teachers and other levels, The paper puts forward the ways to realize the integration of science and education: the government builds the platform of integration of science, education and research; the competent department of education constructs the mechanism of science and education integration which encourages the mutual sharing of resources; the higher vocational colleges establish the system of science and education integration for the cultivation of innovative skilled personnel; Teachers cultivate the ability of integrating science and education in the development and dissemination of applied technology.
