高职院校档案管理信息化建设——以基建档案建设为例

【摘要】：基建档案是学校档案的重要组成部分,记录了一所学校从规划到建设的历史轨迹,是学校未来发展壮大的可靠依据。随着我国教育事业蓬勃发展,加强信息化建设,建设完整的基建档案、强化规范管理、提高学校发展的科学决策能力是教育信息化的重要内容。
[Abstract]:Capital construction file is an important part of school archives. It records the historical track of a school from planning to construction and is the reliable basis for the future development and expansion of the school. With the vigorous development of education in our country, it is an important content of education informatization to strengthen the construction of information, to build complete capital construction archives, to strengthen the standard management and to improve the scientific decision-making ability of school development.
