现代化改造:职校生工匠精神培育的主要着力点——基于英格尔斯的人格框架理论

【摘要】：在我国经济社会发展的背景下,服务于现代化建设事业应是职校生工匠精神培育的根本出发点。英格尔斯的人格框架理论提出了传统社会与现代社会、传统人格与现代人格的分野。借鉴该理论,通过对传统工匠和工匠精神的再审视,发现传统工匠具有浓厚的前现代特征,生长于前现代社会的工匠精神在现代社会遭遇生存危机。因此,要继承发扬工匠精神,有必要对其进行现代化改造,进而言之,职校生工匠精神培育应以塑造现代工匠为根本方向。
[Abstract]:Under the background of China's economic and social development, serving the cause of modernization should be the basic starting point for the cultivation of craftsman's spirit of vocational school students. Ingels' personality frame theory puts forward the distinction between traditional society and modern society, between traditional personality and modern personality. By reviewing the traditional craftsman and artisans' spirit, it is found that the traditional craftsman has strong pre-modern characteristics, and the artisan spirit of the pre-modern society is confronted with survival crisis in the modern society. Therefore, in order to inherit and carry forward the spirit of craftsman, it is necessary to modernize it. Furthermore, the cultivation of craftsman's spirit of vocational school students should take shaping modern craftsman as the basic direction.
