经济发展新常态下工匠精神的价值意蕴、战略诉求与创新转换——兼论职业教育现代学徒制改革的推进策略

【摘要】：从文化视角分析了古今中外工匠精神的起源、发展、核心内涵及以时代价值,认为当前我国实施的"一带一路""中国制造2025""互联网+"等战略迫切需要重拾"工匠精神"。培育"大国工匠"需要职业教育肩负时代使命、深化教育教学改革,突破当前现代学徒制改革面临的体制机制障碍、法律制度供给不足、统筹协调机制缺失、校企合作质量保障体系落后等困境。宏观上,要加强顶层设计,扫除机制体制障碍;中观层面,要尽快构建"第三方"评价机制;微观层面上,要完善基于校企合作、产教融合、工学结合的现代学徒制人才培养方案。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the origin, development, core connotation and time value of craftsman's spirit in ancient and modern China from the perspective of culture, and thinks that the strategy of "Belt and Road", "made in China 2025" and "Internet" implemented in our country at present urgently needs to regain the "craftsman spirit". To cultivate "great country craftsmen" requires vocational education to shoulder the mission of the times, deepen the educational and teaching reform, break through the obstacles of the current modern apprenticeship system reform, lack the supply of the legal system, and the lack of the overall coordination mechanism. School-enterprise cooperation quality assurance system backward and other difficulties. At the macro level, we should strengthen the top-level design and remove the institutional barriers of the mechanism; at the meso-level, we should construct a "third party" evaluation mechanism as soon as possible; at the micro level, we should improve the integration of industry and education based on cooperation between schools and enterprises. The modern apprenticeship talent training scheme combining work and study.
