职业院校顶岗实习治理困境及破解对策

【摘要】：职业院校顶岗实习治理是职业院校完善与优化顶岗实习治理制度与规范体系,提升顶岗实习治理能力的过程。顶岗实习治理必须解决三大核心问题,即治理主体利益多元化与协调问题,治理过程复杂化与决策困境问题,规范制度化与法律建设问题。
[Abstract]:The management of job placement practice in vocational colleges is the process of perfecting and optimizing the management system and standard system of post practice in vocational colleges and universities and promoting the management ability of post practice. There are three core problems to be solved in the practice management of the post, namely, the diversification and coordination of the interests of the governing body, the complexity of the governance process and the difficult position of decision-making, and the problems of standardization and legal construction.
