基于融通体系的高职模块化教学模式

【摘要】：根据高职教育人才培养目标,高职院校需要开展各种正式的职业技能教育活动和非正式的拓展、体验活动,从而形成职业化融通体系,基于融通体系建立高职模块化教学模式,该模式的教学目标是应用创新,教学内容以能力为本,教学结构是模块组合,教学实施方式是校企合作,具体实施途径包括教学工作的重点应放在训练学生的实际工作能力上,加强校企合作,深化与行业协会、企事业单位的合作,以高职教育人才培养目标为依据,重新修订人才培养方案,重新构建实践导向的课程体系,按照职业教育的特点和人才培养目标要求,有计划、有步骤地组织与推进专业和课程教学改革等。
[Abstract]:According to the goal of talent training in higher vocational education, higher vocational colleges need to carry out all kinds of formal vocational skill education activities and informal expansion and experience activities, thus forming a professionalized fusion system, and establishing a modular teaching model based on the fusion system in higher vocational education. The teaching goal of this model is to apply and innovate, the teaching content is based on ability, the teaching structure is the combination of modules, and the mode of teaching implementation is the cooperation of school and enterprise. The specific ways of implementation include the emphasis of teaching work should be put on training students' practical working ability. To strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises, deepen cooperation with trade associations and enterprises and institutions, revise talent training programs and re-establish practice-oriented curriculum system based on the goal of talent training in higher vocational education, According to the characteristics of vocational education and the requirement of talent training, we should organize and promote the reform of specialty and course teaching step by step.
