中等职业学校电子专业实训教学改革的研究

【摘要】:摘要:课题来源于作者所在中等职业学校的电子专业实训教学。近年来由于种种原因,电子专业实训教学改革过程中关注实训硬件设备的建设而对设备有效利用重视不够;重视强化技能训练而对学生的实训学习状态和实训情感关注不够;坚持“以就业为指导”的方针但是对电子专业学生就业岗位的定位还是局限于传统的认识上,与社会发展及岗位要求脱节,中职学校电子专业实训教学质量不高。凡此种种给中等职业学校电子专业实训教学改革提出新的要求:电子专业实训课程的设置尤其是课程内容研究还需进一步具体和更新,对学生实训状态和实训情感的关注还有待加强,对电子专业实训教学的有效性还需不断探索和改进。 为了增强学生实训兴趣,提高电子专业实训教学实效,促进学生专业可持续性发展,本文以教育部关于进一步深化中等职业教育教学改革的若干意见、建构主义理论、多元智能理论、需要激励理论为指导,通过设置中等职业学校电子专业实训课程内容的专业基础技能模块和岗位技能模块,并以多样化教学、培养学生自我效能感、培养问题意识、将企业教学实习纳入实训课程体系等措施来解决这一问题。本设计在认真分析学生特点和企业岗位要求的基础上,对电子专业实训教学进行了教学内容设置和方法的分析应用。本设计投入使用后,得到该校电子专业师生的充分肯定,提高了教学效果。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: the subject comes from the practical teaching of electronic major in secondary vocational school. In recent years, due to various reasons, attention has been paid to the construction of practical training hardware equipment but not to the effective use of the equipment in the course of practical teaching reform of electronic major, and to the state of practical training and emotional training of students, and not enough attention has been paid to the strengthening of skills training. Adhering to the policy of "taking employment as the guide" but the orientation of the employment position of electronic major students is still limited to the traditional understanding, which is out of line with the social development and post requirements, and the quality of practical training teaching of electronic major in secondary vocational schools is not high. All these put forward new requirements for the practice teaching reform of electronic major in secondary vocational schools: the establishment of practical training courses for electronic majors, especially the study of course contents, needs to be further specified and updated. It is necessary to pay more attention to the training state and emotion of students, and to explore and improve the effectiveness of practice teaching in electronic major. In order to enhance the students' interest in practical training, improve the practical teaching effect of electronic major and promote the sustainable development of students' specialty, this paper, based on the views of the Ministry of Education on further deepening the reform of secondary vocational education and teaching, is based on the constructivism theory. The theory of multiple intelligences needs to be guided by motivation theory. By setting up professional basic skill module and post skill module of practical course content of electronic major in secondary vocational school, and in order to cultivate students' sense of self-efficacy by diversified teaching, the theory of multiple intelligences is needed. To solve this problem, we should train the awareness of problems and bring the teaching practice of enterprises into the system of practical training courses. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of students and the requirements of enterprise posts, this design analyzes and applies the teaching contents and methods to the practical teaching of electronic major. After the design was put into use, it was fully affirmed by teachers and students majoring in electronics, and the teaching effect was improved.
