论现代职业教育中企业社会责任的实现

【摘要】：现代职业教育体系的构建对企业在职业教育中的主体作用提出了新的目标要求。本文从社会责任理论的视角,阐释了企业在现代职业教育中的主体作用发挥及其所应承担的社会责任,分析了企业职业教育社会责任的实现路径,对我国企业承担职业教育社会责任的实现机制进行了探讨,提出了具体的建议和策略。
[Abstract]:The construction of modern vocational education system puts forward new objective requirements for the main role of enterprises in vocational education. From the perspective of the theory of social responsibility, this paper expounds the main role of enterprises in modern vocational education and their social responsibilities, and analyzes the way to realize the social responsibility of enterprise vocational education. This paper probes into the realization mechanism of social responsibility for vocational education in Chinese enterprises, and puts forward some concrete suggestions and strategies.
