奥迪职业教育项目计划研究

【摘要】:长期以来,由于我国高等职业教育一直存在重理论轻实践的局面,使得很多毕业生无法达到专业技术人员应有的能力和素质。很多学生在就业后,还要从头学起,增加实践能力,以满足生产企业的需要。汽车企业的经销商群体,作为生产企业的一部分,对于从事售后维修服务的技术人员需求一直在不断增。由于经销商企业性质的原因,更关注与短期效益,因此对于人才的培养缺少系统、长远的规划。经销商更希望直接获得具备良好技能和素质的成熟人才,具备一定的工作经验,能够在短时间内给经销商带来回报,并尽量减少在人才培养上的成本投入。而符合这种期望的员工,只能依靠社会招聘获得,而目前高等职业院校毕业的学生还无法满足这部分企业的需求。同时,随着经销商对于人才竞争的加剧,社会招聘的可用资源愈加匮乏,经销商更多的还是寄希望与高等职业学校培养的人才。 一汽-大众汽车有限公司作为德国大众集团和中国一汽集团的合资公司,在中国市场取得了巨大的成功,其中奥迪品牌一直是中国市场高档豪华轿车的领军者。为了实现奥迪品牌在中国的持续增长和领先的市场地位,经销商网络正在飞速扩张,而经销商网络扩张的背后,是对售后维修人员的巨大需求。并且这种人员的需求,不仅仅体现在数量上,更体现在人员的素质和能力上。为此,一汽-大众奥迪销售事业部计划通过开展“奥迪职业教育”项目,与优秀的职业高校合作,共同培养符合奥迪服务标准的优秀人才,为经销商的人员发展提供人力资源的支持。 基于奥迪销售事业部对于校企合作的项目规划,为了保证项目的成功实施,本文从企业的视角,利用项目管理的知识,,对于“奥迪职业教育”项目的计划,从4个方面进行了阐述和分析。第一,阐述目前国家对于校企合作的指导思想,详细分析行业内校企合作模式比较成熟的品牌以及他们的运作方式,以此确定奥迪销售事业部职业教育项目所处的政策环境和行业水平;第二,结合奥迪销售事业部未来经销商网络发展和人员需求,分析奥迪职业教育项目目标及项目价值,以项目目标为导向,需要在项目开展过程中,如何进行学校的选择、建设等工作,以便能够完成校企合作的目的;第三,基于奥迪品牌的特点,阐述了奥迪职业教育项目规划的主要内容,对于项目规划中的每项工作进行了详细的分析研究,特别是对于项目成本进行了分析,确保项目计划具备较高的投资价值;第四,为了保证奥迪职业教育项目能够顺利开展,文章从项目组织机构、项目沟通方式、项目考核制度三个方面对项目的保障措施进行了阐述与分析,确保项目在未来的持续实施中能够获得成功。
[Abstract]:For a long time, due to the fact that higher vocational education in our country has always attached great importance to theory and practice, many graduates have been unable to achieve the required abilities and qualities of professional and technical personnel. After employment, many students have to learn from scratch to increase their practical ability to meet the needs of production enterprises. As a part of manufacturing enterprises, the dealer group of automobile enterprises has been increasing the demand for technical personnel engaged in after-sales maintenance services. Because of the nature of dealer enterprises, more attention and short-term benefits, so the lack of talent training system, long-term planning. Dealers also want to directly obtain mature talents with good skills and qualities, have certain working experience, can bring returns to dealers in a short period of time, and reduce the cost of personnel training as far as possible. Employees who meet this expectation can only rely on social recruitment, but at present the graduates of higher vocational colleges can not meet the needs of this part of the enterprise. At the same time, with the aggravation of competition for talents by dealers, the available resources for social recruitment are increasingly scarce, and dealers are more hopeful of cultivating talents with higher vocational schools. FAW-VW Motor Co., a joint venture between Volkswagen Group of Germany and FAW Group of China, has achieved great success in the Chinese market, in which the Audi brand has been the leader of luxury cars in the Chinese market. In order to achieve the Audi brand's sustained growth in China and the leading market position, the dealer network is expanding rapidly, and behind the expansion of the dealer network, there is a huge demand for after-sales maintenance personnel. And this kind of personnel demand, not only reflected in the number, but also reflected in the quality and ability of personnel. To this end, FAW-Volkswagen Audi sales Division plans to carry out "Audi Vocational Education" project, and work with outstanding vocational colleges and universities to jointly train outstanding personnel in accordance with Audi service standards. Provide human resource support for the personnel development of dealers. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the project, this paper makes use of the knowledge of project management to plan the project of "Audi Vocational Education" from the perspective of the enterprise, based on the project planning of the Audi sales Division for the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, and in order to ensure the successful implementation of the project. It is expounded and analyzed from four aspects. First, to elaborate the current guiding ideology of the state for the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and to analyze in detail the more mature brands and their operation modes of cooperation between schools and enterprises in the industry. In order to determine the policy environment and industry level of the vocational education project of Audi sales Division, second, combined with the future dealer network development and personnel demand of Audi sales Division, the goal and project value of Audi Vocational Education Project are analyzed. In order to achieve the goal of the project, it is necessary to select and build schools in the process of carrying out the project so as to achieve the goal of cooperation between schools and enterprises. Third, based on the characteristics of the Audi brand, This paper expounds the main contents of Audi vocational education project planning, and makes a detailed analysis and study of each work in the project planning, especially for the project cost analysis to ensure that the project plan has high investment value. In order to ensure the smooth development of Audi vocational education project, the article expounds and analyzes the project safeguard measures from three aspects: project organization, project communication mode and project assessment system. Ensure the success of the project in the future.
