中等职业学校德育课活动教学研究

【摘要】:近年,中国职业教育蓬勃发展,伴随着“匠心精神”的来临,中等职业教育的角色和作用俞显凸出。中职的德育课是中等职业教育的核心课程,德育课的成效直接影响和决定中等职业教育改革的成功与否。本文立足中职德育课一线教学的实践和总结,探究活动教学对于中职德育课的意义,及在其中的设计和实施策略,以期为广大中等职业教育的德育课教师在课程改革和创新过程中提供一些借鉴和启示。本文以现行中职德育课的4门课程,同时结合中职学生的学情为研究对象。本文分为四个部分,第一部分为绪论,概述中职德育课教学的现状及活动教学运用于其中的原因,结合活动教学的发展历史和相关研究概念来介绍其在国内外研究的现状;第二部分分别从中职学生的学习主动性和围绕中职德育课的三维教学目标——即知识、情感态度价值观、运用,来阐述中职德育课活动教学的意义;第三部分在理论意义研究的基础上,进一步结合教学实际,围绕《职业生涯规划》、《职业道德与法律》、《经济政治与社会》、《哲学与人生》4门德育课程的学习要点和知识点梳理,分别探究其课堂活动教学的设计;第四部分则上承第三章,了解到虽然活动教学的设计形式很多,每一种活动教学设计形式的开展方式也不尽相同,但其总的阶段性实施策略拥有共性的部分——即教学前的学情分析、教学中的情感体验和教学后的评价,具备一致性,可供参考运用。所以在此就中职德育课不同设计形式的活动教学在实施过程中的共性部分作具体分析。本文只对中等职业学校德育课活动教学的认识谈了一些粗浅的思考,行文拙劣也未必成熟,希望能在活动教学的研究领域上抛砖引玉,为中等职业学校德育课的理论和实践研究提供星火帮助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, vocational education in China has developed vigorously. With the coming of "the spirit of craftsman's heart", the role and role of secondary vocational education are prominent. Moral education in secondary vocational schools is the core curriculum of secondary vocational education. The effect of moral education directly affects and determines the success of secondary vocational education reform. Based on the practice and summary of the first line teaching of moral education in secondary vocational school, this paper probes into the significance of activity teaching for moral education in secondary vocational school, and the design and implementation strategy in it. In order to provide some reference and inspiration for the moral education teachers of secondary vocational education in the course of curriculum reform and innovation. This paper takes 4 courses of moral education in secondary vocational school as the research object. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the current situation of moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools and the reasons why activity teaching is used in it, and introduces the current situation of its research at home and abroad in combination with the development history of activity teaching and related research concepts. The second part expounds the significance of the activity teaching of moral education in secondary vocational school from the perspective of students' initiative in learning and the three dimensional teaching objectives of moral education in secondary vocational schools, namely, knowledge, emotional attitude and values. The third part, on the basis of the research of theoretical significance, further combines the teaching practice and combs the main points and knowledge points of the four moral education courses: career Planning, Professional Ethics and Law, Economics, Politics and Society, philosophy and Life. The fourth part is the third chapter, which shows that although there are many design forms of activity teaching, each activity teaching design form is not the same. However, there is a common part of its general implementation strategy, that is, the analysis of the learning situation before teaching, the emotional experience in teaching and the evaluation after teaching, which is consistent and can be used for reference. So this paper makes a concrete analysis on the commonness of different design forms of activity teaching in secondary vocational school moral education. This paper only talks about the cognition of the activity teaching of moral education in the secondary vocational school, and it is not necessarily mature in the poor writing, hoping that it can be used as a reference in the research field of the activity teaching. To provide the help of spark for the theoretical and practical research of moral education in secondary vocational schools.
