基于学生软实力培养的高职辅导员工作课程化研究

【摘要】：从本世纪初以来,我国的高等职业学院得到了快速的发展,高职院校已经成为我国高等教育重要的组成部分,随着高职院校的发展壮大,高职院校辅导员队伍也正在经历着不断完善的过程,如何把辅导员工作从繁琐的事物管理中解救出来,往职业化、专业化、专家化的道路上发展,笔者提出了新的辅导员工作模式——辅导员工作课程化。另外,随着社会的不断发展、进步,社会对人才的需求也越来越高,主要体现在从原来注重人才的专业能力到现在注重人才的综合能力,这对高职院校培养学生提出了新的要求:既要培养学生的专业能力,即“硬实力”,又要培养学生的“软实力”,从而达到学生综合能力的提升。辅导员工作课程化在创新辅导员工作模式的同时,也增加了高职学生“软实力”培养的新途径,达到了老师和学生的“双赢”。本文采用了文献综述法、访谈调查法和问卷调查法等科学方法,对辅导员工作课程化进行了深入的研究。通过对高等职业院校辅导员工作的现状、高等职业院校学生“软实力”培养现状以及高等职业院校辅导员工作课程化的现状的深入研究和调查,提炼出辅导员工作课程化中存在的问题,分析了高等职业院校实施辅导员工作课程化的必要性和可行性,并提出了完善辅导员工作课程化的对策。文章共分为四个部分:第一部分,文章的引言,主要介绍了研究背景、研究意义、研究思路、内容和方法等,阐述了关于高职院校辅导员工作、高职院校辅导员工作课程化以及高职院校“软实力“培养等三个方面的研究现状,将本文的相关概念进行了界定,最后阐述了本文的创新点。第二部分,通过访谈调查法和问卷调查法,进行数据统计分析辅导员工作课程化的现状。第三部分,提出辅导员工作课程化的必要性、可行性。分析辅导员工作课程化的特征。第四部分,根据以上分析,提出完善辅导员工作课程化的对策。从课程定位、课程结构、课程内容、师资建设、教学方式、评价体系、保障措施八个方面,对课程体系进行了系统的阐述。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of this century, higher vocational colleges in our country have been developing rapidly. Higher vocational colleges have become an important part of higher education in our country. With the development of higher vocational colleges, The team of counselors in higher vocational colleges is also undergoing a process of continuous improvement. How to save the work of counsellors from the tedious management, and develop on the road of professionalization and specialization, The author puts forward a new work model of counselors, that is, the curriculum of counselors' work. In addition, with the continuous development and progress of the society, the demand for talents in the society has become higher and higher, mainly reflected in the focus on the professional ability of talents to the comprehensive ability of talents. This puts forward new requirements for higher vocational colleges to cultivate students' professional ability, that is, "hard power" and "soft power", so as to improve students' comprehensive ability. The curriculum of counselors' work not only innovates the work mode of counselors, but also increases the new way of cultivating "soft power" for students in higher vocational colleges, and achieves the "win-win situation" between teachers and students. In this paper, the scientific methods of literature review, interview investigation and questionnaire survey are used to deeply study the curriculum of counselors' work. Through the research and investigation on the status quo of counselors' work in higher vocational colleges, the cultivation of "soft power" of students in higher vocational colleges and the curriculum of counselors' work in higher vocational colleges, This paper abstracts the problems existing in the course of counselors' work, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing the curriculum of counselors' work in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the curriculum of counselors' work. The article is divided into four parts: the first part, the introduction of the article, mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas, content and methods, etc. This paper defines the related concepts of this paper and expounds the innovative points of this paper in three aspects: the curriculum of counselors' work in higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of "soft power" in higher vocational colleges. The second part, through the interview investigation and the questionnaire method, carries on the data statistical analysis counselor work curriculum present situation. The third part, put forward the necessity and feasibility of counselors' work curriculum. Analyze the characteristics of counselors' work curriculum. The fourth part, according to the above analysis, puts forward the countermeasure to perfect the counsellor work curriculum. This paper systematically expounds the curriculum system from the aspects of curriculum orientation, curriculum structure, curriculum content, teachers' construction, teaching methods, evaluation system and safeguard measures.
