F校高职师资队伍建设的研究

【摘要】:随着我国工业和现代服务业的快速发展,高等职业教育在推进我国区域经济发展、改善人们生活质量以及普及高等教育方面做出了重要贡献。社会经济的快速发展促使高等职业教育进一步提高人才培养的质量,以满足社会和企事业单位的要求。高等职业教育目前的重点主要是面向企业,培养从事与生产过程、流通、管理和服务等直接有关的一线技术工作人才,这与高等职业教育的培养目标相一致。而人才的培养离不开教师的教育,高等职业教育的培养目标也对高职院校的教师提出了要求,建立一支高水平的教师队伍成为高职院校建设特色专业、培养优秀学生以提高综合竞争力的重要工作内容。 本研究通过对高等职业院校F校师资队伍的现状进行调查分析,指出该校师资队伍建设方面存在的问题,解释这些问题存在的原因,并结合高等职业教育的基本特点、基本属性,根据目前产业结构调整的方向和高等职业教育的培养目标,借鉴德国、美国、法国、日本等发达国家职业教育师资队伍建设的管理模式和经验,为F校师资队伍建设提出可行性建议,促进F校师资队伍的建设,保障教育质量,提高教育水平,推动高等职业教育的健康发展。据此提出本研究的理论框架: 第一章绪论。主要阐述研究问题的提出,研究意义,国内外研究现状,研究目的和内容,研究视角和方法,,并对主要概念进行界定。 第二章高职院校师资队伍建设的政策研究。本章主要针对高职院校师资队伍建设相关的政策进行研究,特别是对加强“双师型”教师队伍建设、加强兼职教师队伍建设、加强教师专业化建设的政策进行分析研究。 第三章国外高等职业教育师资队伍建设分析。通过分析国外高职院校师资队伍建设的特点,总结对我国高等职业技术院校师资队伍建设的启示。 第四章F校高职师资队伍的现状分析。在问卷调查研究的基础上,分析F校师资队伍的现状,指出目前该校存在的基本问题。 第五章F校师资队伍建设的建议与措施。结合调查结果的分析,针对F校师资队伍建设方面存在的问题,提出切实可行的建议:树立先进的师资管理理念;深化人事制度改革;建设职称评定体系与科学薪酬分配制度;加强“双师型”师资队伍建设;加强兼职教师与实验实训教师管理以及促进教师专业化发展。 本文的创新点是从学校层面上提出了一些具体措施,强调要建设一支专业化水平高的师资队伍,不仅需要教师自身的努力,更需要学校制定相关政策,加大培训力度,建立较为完善的高职专兼职教师职称评审制度,特别是一些企业专业技术人员在高职院校兼职的师资评审聘问题等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's industry and modern service industry, higher vocational education has made important contributions in promoting regional economic development, improving people's quality of life and popularizing higher education. The rapid development of social economy urges higher vocational education to further improve the quality of talent training in order to meet the needs of society and enterprises and institutions. At present, the emphasis of higher vocational education is mainly on facing enterprises and cultivating technical personnel who are directly related to production process, circulation, management and service, which is consistent with the training goal of higher vocational education. The cultivation of talents can not be separated from the education of teachers, and the training goal of higher vocational education has put forward the requirements for teachers in higher vocational colleges, and the establishment of a high level of teachers has become a characteristic specialty in the construction of higher vocational colleges. Training excellent students to improve the overall competitiveness of the important work content. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of F school teachers in higher vocational colleges, this study points out the problems existing in the construction of this school's teaching staff, explains the reasons for these problems, and combines with the basic characteristics of higher vocational education. The basic attributes, according to the direction of industrial structure adjustment and the training goal of higher vocational education at present, learn from the management mode and experience of vocational education teachers construction in developed countries such as Germany, the United States, France, Japan, etc. This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the construction of F school teachers, promotes the construction of F school teachers, guarantees the quality of education, raises the level of education, and promotes the healthy development of higher vocational education. Accordingly, the theoretical framework of this study is proposed: The first chapter is introduction. This paper mainly expounds the proposition of research problems, the significance of research, the present situation of research at home and abroad, the purpose and content of research, the perspective and method of research, and defines the main concepts. The second chapter is the policy research on the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. This chapter mainly focuses on the related policies of teachers' construction in higher vocational colleges, especially on the policy of strengthening the construction of "double qualified" teachers, strengthening the construction of part-time teachers and strengthening the construction of teachers' specialization. The third chapter analyzes the construction of foreign teachers in higher vocational education. By analyzing the characteristics of teachers' construction in foreign higher vocational colleges and universities, this paper sums up the enlightenment to the construction of teachers' ranks in higher vocational and technical colleges and universities in China. Chapter IV: analysis of the present situation of higher vocational teachers in F school. On the basis of questionnaire investigation, this paper analyzes the present situation of F school teachers, and points out the basic problems existing in this school. Chapter V: suggestions and measures for the construction of teaching staff in F school. Based on the analysis of the results of the investigation, this paper puts forward some practical suggestions for the construction of F school teachers: establishing advanced management concept of teachers, deepening the reform of personnel system, constructing the professional title evaluation system and scientific salary distribution system; We should strengthen the construction of "double teachers", strengthen the management of part-time teachers and experimental teachers, and promote the professional development of teachers. The innovation of this paper is to put forward some concrete measures from the school level, emphasizing that to build a team of teachers with high professional level, not only need the efforts of teachers themselves, but also need schools to formulate relevant policies and strengthen training. It is necessary to establish a perfect evaluation system of the professional titles of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges, especially on the evaluation and employment of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities by some professional and technical personnel of enterprises.
