高职学生发展之问题解析与学生工作变革——基于PPCT模型的视角

【摘要】:从人类发展生物生态学模型(PPCT)的视角进行分析发现,成长环境不利于学生长远发展,学生自身缺乏主动意识,周期性的成长活动尚未形成等原因,导致高职学生发展状况欠佳。为此要对学生工作进行变革,以学生成长需要为切入口,通过设计符合高职学生特点的学习和实践活动,满足其成长需要,由内而外地激发学生发展动力,自下而上地搭建学生发展平台,以达到提升学生综合素质的目标。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of PPCT, it is found that the growth environment is not conducive to the long-term development of students, the students themselves lack of active consciousness, the periodic growth activities have not been formed, and so on, which leads to the poor development of higher vocational students. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the student work, take the students' growth needs as the entry point, design the learning and practical activities that accord with the characteristics of the students in higher vocational education, meet their growing needs, and stimulate the students' development motivation from the inside to the outside. Build up students' development platform from bottom to top to achieve the goal of improving students' comprehensive quality.
