高职院校以学生为本位的教学质量监控体系探析

【摘要】:高职院校教育重点是,培养高等技术应用型专门人才,为生产、建设、管理第一线服务,已成高等教育的重要组成部分。受高校扩招的影响,高职院校教学质量问题引起广泛关注,且成为一项急需解决的重要任务。而教学质量能否提高,关键在于监控方式。因此,我国高职院校急需建立一套有效的教学质量监控体系,既能利用好办学资源,又能体现高职教育特色,有力地推动高职院校的持续、健康发展,为全面建设小康社会、实现“中国梦”作出积极贡献。 本文从分析我国高职院校教学质量监控现状入手,指出存在的问题及其形成原因。进而提出监控体系的构建方法,全面论述体系要素之间的关系,包括监控管理与监控信息之间、监控信息与监控督导之间、监控督导与监控评价之间的关系。特别是结合九江职业大学实际情况,穿插了一些教育管理理念的论述,如科学主义、以人为本和可持续发展等。同时,思考了监控体系的保障系统作用。 本文认为,高职院校教育要取得成功,关键是体现职业教育特色;而实现高职教育特色,关键要有一套完善的教学质量监控体系。高职院校教学质量监控体系中的监控管理、监控信息、监控督导、监控评价等要素各要素的系统性、统一性、有机性,是监控体系良好运行的重要环节。同时,体系外因素也是制约监控体系运行的重要因素。
[Abstract]:The emphasis of higher vocational education is to cultivate specialized talents of higher technical application, for production, construction and management of the first line of service, which has become an important part of higher education. Under the influence of college enrollment expansion, the problem of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges has aroused widespread concern and has become an important task to be solved urgently. The key to improve the quality of teaching is to improve the quality of teaching. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges in China are in urgent need of establishing an effective teaching quality monitoring system, which can not only make use of the resources of the school, but also embody the characteristics of higher vocational education, and promote the continuous and healthy development of the higher vocational colleges, and make a positive contribution to the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way and the realization of the "Chinese dream".
Starting with the analysis of the current situation of teaching quality monitoring in Higher Vocational Colleges in China, this paper points out the existing problems and the reasons for its formation, and then puts forward the construction method of the monitoring system, comprehensively discusses the relationship between the elements of the system, including the monitoring management and monitoring information, between monitoring information and supervision and supervision, and between monitoring supervision and monitoring and evaluation. In particular, combining with the actual situation of Jiujiang Vocational University, some ideas of educational management, such as scientism, people-oriented and sustainable development, have been interspersed. At the same time, the role of the safeguards system of the monitoring system is considered.
This paper holds that the key to the success of higher vocational education is to embody the characteristics of vocational education, and the key to realizing the characteristics of higher vocational education is to have a set of perfect teaching quality monitoring system. The system and unity of the monitoring management, monitoring information, supervision and supervision, monitoring and evaluation and so on in the teaching quality monitoring system of higher vocational colleges. The organic character is an important part of the good operation of the monitoring system. At the same time, the external factors of the system are also important factors restricting the operation of the monitoring system.
