高职院校产学研结合人才培养模式的研究

【摘要】:本文运用文献研究法,对美国、日本、英国、德国等发达国家产学研合作教育的模式进行比较分析,并且研究了我国高职院校产学合作教育的现状。特别研究了我国现行的产学研合作教育的主要模式,分析比较了更为适合我国国情和高职院校产学研合作发展的一些方法,如,校企合作、校内实训基地的建设、订单式人才培养模式,并加以说明。此外,本文还通过问卷调查的方法,针对内蒙古的四所高职院校的学生展开问卷调查,较为真实的反映了目前高职院校产学研合作教育的现状。通过调查发现高职院校产学研结合的方式比较单一,仍以校外实习实训基地为主要合作方式,合作成果也不尽如人意。 笔者认为,许多学校以考试为指挥棒,致使课堂教学偏离了职业教育的目的,课程设置重理论,轻实践,忽略了综合素质和创新能力的培养。学校的课程设置应更加符合企业的用人需求,应多加强学生实践方面的锻炼,让学生在做中学,学中做,这样不仅可以培养学生的综合素质也可以提高学生的创新能力。我国的高职院校在人才培养过程中应该因地制宜,灵活多样,并使培养出的学生更符合社会对人力资源的需求。科研成果的利用率有待进一步提高,现在很多科研成果并没能被有效利用,造成了人力、物力资源的浪费。另外,应加强产学研合作各方之间的沟通,使合作真正落到实处,同时也应加快科技成果转化,切实为企业创造利益,而学校也可从中受益。 本文力图通过调查分析,研究我国高职院校在产学结合人才培养模式中存在的问题及原因,借鉴国外产学结合模式的优点,提出解决问题的建议,为高等职业教育的改革与发展提供现实的理论支撑和思想,为今后进一步开展研究工作打下基础。这些建议对于促进高等职业教育持续健康发展具有重要的现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author makes a comparative analysis of the cooperative education models in developed countries such as the United States, Japan, Britain, Germany and other developed countries by using the method of literature research, and studies the present situation of industrial and academic cooperation education in higher vocational colleges in China. In particular, this paper studies the main modes of cooperation between industry, college and research in our country, analyzes and compares some methods that are more suitable for the development of industry, education and research in higher vocational colleges and universities, such as the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the construction of practical training bases in schools, Order type talent training model, and to explain. In addition, this paper also through the method of questionnaire, aimed at four higher vocational college students in Inner Mongolia to carry out a questionnaire survey, a more real reflection of the current situation of production, college and research cooperation education in higher vocational colleges. Through the investigation, it is found that the combination of production, learning and research in higher vocational colleges is relatively single, and the main mode of cooperation is the practice and training base outside the school, and the results of cooperation are not satisfactory. The author thinks that many schools take the examination as the baton, which makes the classroom teaching deviate from the purpose of vocational education. The curriculum lays stress on the theory, neglects the practice, and neglects the cultivation of comprehensive quality and innovation ability. The curriculum design of the school should be more in line with the needs of the enterprise, strengthen the practice of the students, let the students learn and learn to do, not only cultivate the students' comprehensive quality, but also improve the students' innovation ability. In the process of talent training, higher vocational colleges in our country should adapt to local conditions, be flexible and diverse, and make the students meet the needs of human resources. The utilization rate of scientific research results needs to be further improved, and many scientific research achievements have not been effectively utilized, resulting in a waste of human and material resources. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the communication between all parties in the cooperation between industry, college and research so as to make the cooperation come true, at the same time, we should speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and create benefits for enterprises, and schools can also benefit from it. Through investigation and analysis, this paper tries to study the existing problems and reasons in the mode of talents training in the combination of production and learning in higher vocational colleges of our country, draw lessons from the advantages of the mode of combination of production and study abroad, and put forward some suggestions to solve the problems. It provides practical theoretical support and ideas for the reform and development of higher vocational education and lays a foundation for further research work in the future. These suggestions have important practical significance for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of higher vocational education.
