四川省中职学校骨干教师培训方式的现状研究

【摘要】:摘要:自“十一·五”教育部、财政部启动了中等职业学校教师素质提高计划以来,四川省教育厅也积极实施中职骨干教师的培训计划。通过近6年的中职骨干教师培训,中职骨干教师素质有了很大的提高.但是中职骨干教师培训的时间短,发展还不成熟,在培训过程中还是存在很多问题,诸如中职骨干教师培训内容的实用性不强,培训形式的单一,培训时间安排的不合理等等。而中职骨干教师的培训方式是培训理论付诸实践的关键环节,并且在很大程度上影响着培训的效果,所以对中职骨干教师的培训方式进行研究,是有重要意义的。本文主要采用了问卷调查和访谈的方式,以四川省中职学校180名骨干教师作为调查对象,结合中职骨干教师的特点对中职骨干教师的培训方式进行分析,找出四川省中职骨干教师培训方式存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了改进中职骨干教师培训方式的策略,期望能为四川省中职骨干教师的培训提供借鉴。 本研究分四部分。第一部分为绪论,阐述了研究的背景、研究的目的、研究的意义和研究方法,并通过对国内外中职骨干教师培训相关文献的研究,提出了中职骨干教师培训方式的研究具有很大的意义。第二部分是中职骨干教师培训方式的概述。首先介绍了中职骨干教师的特点;其次对中等职业教育、中职骨干教师、培训和方式的概念进行了界定;最后介绍了中职骨干教师主要的培训方式。第三部分是四川省中职骨干教师培训方式的现状研究。通过调查问卷、访谈对中职骨干教师培训方式进行调查和分析,找出四川省中职骨干教师培训存在的问题是:培训方式的单一化、基地培训的效果不明显、企业实践的实效性差、校企合作的形式化和缺乏现代化的培训方式——网络培训。第四部分针对中职骨干教师培训方式存在的问题,提出相应的策略:丰富中职骨干教师的培训方式、提高基地培训的培训质量、提高企业实践的实效性、加强校企合作的培训方式和积极推广网络培训方式。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: since the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan launched the plan to improve the quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools, the Sichuan Education Department has also actively implemented the training program for the backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools. After nearly 6 years of training, the quality of secondary vocational backbone teachers has been greatly improved. However, the training of backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools is short and immature. There are still many problems in the training process, such as the practicality of the training content of the backbone teachers, the single form of training, the unreasonable training time arrangement and so on. The training method of the backbone teachers in secondary vocational school is the key link of the training theory put into practice, and to a great extent affects the effect of the training, so it is of great significance to study the training method of the backbone teachers in the secondary vocational school. This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and interview, taking 180 backbone teachers of secondary vocational school in Sichuan province as the object of investigation, combining the characteristics of the backbone teachers of secondary vocational school to analyze the training methods of the backbone teachers of secondary vocational school. This paper finds out the problems existing in the training methods of the backbone teachers of the secondary vocational schools in Sichuan province, and puts forward the strategies to improve the training methods of the backbone teachers of the secondary vocational schools, hoping to provide reference for the training of the backbone teachers of the secondary vocational schools in Sichuan province. This research is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which expounds the background, the purpose, the significance and the research method of the research, and through the research of the relevant literature on the training of the backbone teachers in the secondary vocational school at home and abroad. It is of great significance to study the training methods of backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools. The second part is the summary of the training methods of the backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools. Firstly, it introduces the characteristics of secondary vocational backbone teachers; secondly, defines the concepts of secondary vocational education, secondary vocational backbone teachers, training and ways; finally, introduces the main training methods of secondary vocational backbone teachers. The third part is the status quo of the training methods of the backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools in Sichuan province. Through the investigation and analysis of the training methods of the backbone teachers in the secondary vocational schools by questionnaire and interview, the paper finds out that the problems in the training of the backbone teachers of the secondary vocational schools in Sichuan province are: the training methods are single, and the effect of the base training is not obvious. The actual effect of enterprise practice is poor, the formalization of school-enterprise cooperation and the lack of modern training method-network training. In the fourth part, aiming at the problems existing in the training mode of the backbone teachers in the secondary vocational school, the corresponding strategies are put forward: to enrich the training methods of the backbone teachers of the secondary vocational school, to improve the training quality of the base training, and to improve the effectiveness of the enterprise practice. Strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation training and actively promote network training.
