高职学生科学素养现状与促进策略的研究

【摘要】:现代社会科学技术高度发达,具备一定的科学素养不仅是个人实现全面发展的需要,也是社会进步和国家持续发展的需要。 随着经济不断发展,先进制造业和现代服务技能型人才紧缺。高职院校学生将成为未来国家建设的一线力量,其科学素养水平对未来国家人力资源的层次有重要影响。高职院校作为应用型人才的培养主体,需要了解学生科学素养的现状,并对其采取措施加以培养和提升。 中国对科学素养的研究自1989年第一次公民科学素养调查起,,取得了非常显著的进步和成果。但由于中国科学素养的研究历史相对较短,研究模式又多是模仿西方进行,导致指导科学素养实践的理论尚不够完善和细致,研究结果的概念化和本土化程度不够。研究对象以普通公民、普通教育的学生为多,对高职学生科学素养这一领域很少有学者涉猎,基本属于空白。对照发达国家进行科学教育的力度和取得的成绩,国内对高职学生的科学教育,还应给予足够重视。 本文通过分析国内外论述科学素养内涵的相关理论,归纳出科学素养的基本要素,对提高科学素养的主要手段——科学教育的定义和历史进行梳理。并立足实证,在多所高职院校进行调查和访谈,确定高职学生具备一定的科学素养,但也还存在结构缺陷等不足之处。通过分析,发现影响学生科学素养的主要为环境、教育体制、自身特点等因素。提出促进高职学生科学素养必需重视的要点和原则,通过构建崇尚科学的环境,推进高职课程改革,提升教学实效,树立创新创业观念,加强师资队伍建设,实行产学研结合的育人之路,从而实现提高学生科学素养的目标。 本课题的理论梳理和实证研究对验证、完善科学素养理论体系,提高科学素养理论的实际应用效果具有借鉴作用。并对促进高职学生科学素养的发展,改善国家未来生产人力资源具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Modern society is highly developed in science and technology. Having certain scientific literacy is not only the need of individual to realize all-round development, but also the need of social progress and national sustainable development. With the development of economy, advanced manufacturing industry and modern service skilled talents are in short supply. The students of higher vocational colleges will become the first force in the construction of the country in the future, and their scientific literacy level will have an important influence on the level of human resources in the future country. As the main body of cultivating applied talents, higher vocational colleges need to understand the present situation of students' scientific literacy, and take measures to cultivate and promote them. The research on scientific literacy in China has made remarkable progress and achievements since the first survey of scientific literacy of citizens in 1989. However, the research history of Chinese scientific literacy is relatively short, and the research model is mostly carried out by imitating the western countries, which leads to the insufficient perfection and detail of the theory guiding the practice of scientific literacy, and the degree of conceptualization and localization of the research results is not enough. The subjects of this study are ordinary citizens and students in general education, but few scholars dabble in the field of scientific literacy of higher vocational students, which is basically blank. Compared with the strength and achievement of science education in developed countries, enough attention should be paid to the science education of higher vocational students in our country. Based on the analysis of relevant theories on the connotation of scientific literacy at home and abroad, the basic elements of scientific literacy are summed up, and the definition and history of scientific education, the main means to improve scientific literacy, are summarized. And based on the empirical, in many higher vocational colleges to investigate and interview, to determine that higher vocational students have certain scientific literacy, but there are also structural defects and other deficiencies. Through analysis, it is found that the main factors affecting students' scientific literacy are environment, educational system and their own characteristics. This paper puts forward some important points and principles that must be paid attention to promote the scientific literacy of higher vocational students. By constructing the environment of advocating science, promoting the reform of higher vocational courses, improving teaching effectiveness, setting up the idea of innovation and undertaking, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff, the author points out that To realize the goal of improving students' scientific literacy through the combination of production, education and research. The theoretical combing and empirical research of this subject can be used for reference to verify, perfect the theoretical system of scientific literacy and improve the practical application effect of scientific literacy theory. It is of great significance to promote the development of higher vocational students' scientific literacy and improve the country's future production human resources.
