高职院校新技术应用创业人才培养研究

【摘要】：当前,我国正处在实现“第一个一百年”奋斗目标的关键时期。中央制定实施了一系列的重要战略,如“中国制造2025”、“互联网+”、“大众创业,万众创新”等,都要求高校提升人才培养的质量。2016年,习近平总书记在杭州G20峰会上提出:“新一轮科技和产业革命正在创造历史性机遇,催生互联网+、分享经济、3D打印、智能制造等新理念、新业态,其中蕴含着巨大商机,正在创造巨大需求,用新技术改造传统产业的潜力也是巨大的。”在“大众创业、万众创新”和“互联网+”的时代背景下,面对我国经济发展新常态,高校的创业教育被推到前所未有的高度,它上联国家战略,下接每个人的人生梦想。对于占全国高校“半壁江山”的高职院校来说,如何培养符合时代发展要求的创业人才,是一个亟待解决的命题。基于以上时代背景的考量,本文提出高职院校新技术应用创业人才培养新模式,旨在提升高职院校创业人才培养质量。新技术应用创业人才是高职院校基于互联网+时代的选择;是中国经济转型升级的新要求;是落实创新驱动发展战略的新举措;是高等教育生态多样化的要求。文章在分析当前高职院校创业人才培养现状和存在的问题基础上,结合温州职业技术学院创业人才培养的实践探索,提出构建新技术应用创业人才培养模式的几点策略:从分析产业、企业的外在需求、把握学生内在需求、依托课程设计、利用技术手段、创新团队结构五个方面培养具有创新意识、创业精神和较强创业能力的高职院校新技术应用创业人才,更好地服务区域经济发展。
