现代职业教育体系国家制度建设的内涵、功能与原理

【摘要】：在经济业态转型升级背景下,构建适应人才培养需求的现代职业教育体系国家制度,已成为现代职业教育发展的首要任务。现代职业教育体系国家制度建设指为保障现代职业教育体系国家制度顺利运行,要求职业教育利益相关者共同遵守的规范、规则的总和。它具有确定界限、形成秩序、提供预期、营造环境四大功能。基于问题系统制度建设的理论构想,现代职业教育体系国家制度建设原理可归结为"制度目标多元化原理""制度系统自组织有序性原理""制度参与人共赢性博弈原理"以及"制度评价的问题指向性原理"四个方面。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic transformation and upgrading, the construction of a modern vocational education system to meet the needs of personnel training has become the primary task for the development of modern vocational education. The construction of the state system of modern vocational education system is to ensure the smooth operation of the national system of the modern vocational education system and the common interests of vocational education.
