行业协会参与职业教育校企合作的运行机制研究——以电子商务专业人才培养为例

【摘要】：行业协会作为政府、企业、学校之间沟通的桥梁,在职业教育校企合作中具有越来越重要的地位。行业协会是职业教育中的统筹者、指导者、组织者、监控者,具备指导、组织、质量监控等职能。鉴于运行机制影响因素之间的相互作用机理,从宏观层面构建政策支持、合作动力、利益分配、组织运行、交流融合五大保障机制,从中观层面构建教学、人才交流、商业项目三大运行模式,从微观层面进行实践探索,全面建立行业协会参与职业教育校企合作的运行机制。
[Abstract]:As a bridge between government, enterprise and school, trade association plays a more and more important role in school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education. Industry Association is a professional education coordinator, mentor, organizer, monitor, with guidance, organization, quality monitoring and other functions. In view of the interaction mechanism between the influencing factors of the operation mechanism, from the macro level to construct the policy support, the cooperation motive force, the benefit distribution, the organization operation, the exchange fusion five safeguard mechanisms, constructs the teaching from the meso level, the talented person exchanges, The three major operation modes of commercial projects, from the micro level of practical exploration, an overall establishment of trade associations to participate in vocational education school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism.
