基于非均衡发展理论的江苏高职人才培养模式创新

【摘要】：文章在阐述非均衡发展理论内涵的基础上,分析了非均衡发展理论与高职人才培养模式间的逻辑关系,指出了江苏高职人才培养模式创新中存在的问题,并从产教深度融合、中高职有效衔接、依托行业企业重构人才培养过程三方面提出了江苏高职人才培养模式的创新路径,以期为江苏高职院校的持续健康发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:On the basis of expounding the connotation of non-equilibrium development theory, this paper analyzes the logical relationship between the unbalanced development theory and the talent training mode of higher vocational education, points out the problems existing in the innovation of the talent training mode in Jiangsu higher vocational education, and combines the depth of production and teaching. In order to provide reference for the sustainable and healthy development of Jiangsu higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the innovative ways of talents training mode of Jiangsu higher vocational colleges from three aspects, which are effectively linking up with middle and high vocational colleges and relying on the process of reconstructing talents cultivation of enterprises in Jiangsu province.
