智力援疆背景下的少数民族学生学校归属感影响因素调查与对策分析——以安徽省某校内地新疆中职班为例

【摘要】：在智力援疆的背景下,越来越多的新疆少数民族学生离开家乡去内地求学。以安徽某校内职班学生为调研对象,调查少数民族学生学校归属感状况,分析影响归属感建立的因素,并从自我评价、同伴关系、师生发展、文化因素及社会实践等方面展开探索推进学生学校归属感建立。
[Abstract]:In the context of intellectual aid, more and more minority students in Xinjiang leave their hometown to study in the interior. Taking the students of a vocational class in a school in Anhui Province as the research object, this paper investigates the status of school belonging of minority students, analyzes the factors that influence the establishment of the sense of belonging, and analyzes the factors affecting the establishment of the sense of belonging. Cultural factors and social practice to explore and promote the establishment of a sense of belonging.
