基于双边合作视角的中德农业职业教育与培训的比较分析及政策启示

【摘要】：农业是全面建成小康社会和实现现代化的基础,农民是实现农业现代化的重要人才保障,必须构建现代农业职业教育与培训体系培养新型农民。本文基于双边合作的视角,首先系统性地剖析了德国农业职业教育与培训体系的发展经验,其次对比分析了中德两国在农业职业教育与培训的异同点,指出中国农业职业教育与培训体系存在的问题,最后提出了构建中国特色现代农业职业教育与培训体系的政策建议。本文旨在更好地发挥中德农业中心的双边合作机制作用,促进中国特色现代农业职业教育与培训发展。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of building a well-off society and realizing modernization in an all-round way. Farmers are the important talents guarantee to realize agricultural modernization. It is necessary to construct a modern agricultural vocational education and training system to train new farmers. Based on the perspective of bilateral cooperation, this paper systematically analyzes the development experience of agricultural vocational education and training system in Germany, and then compares the similarities and differences between China and Germany in agricultural vocational education and training. The problems of the agricultural vocational education and training system in China are pointed out. Finally, the policy suggestions on the construction of the modern agricultural vocational education and training system with Chinese characteristics are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to give full play to the role of bilateral cooperation mechanism of Sino-German agricultural center and to promote the development of modern agricultural vocational education and training with Chinese characteristics.
