职业教育结构合理性及其要素分析

【摘要】：职业教育结构合理性是评估职业教育发展状况的重要指标。职业院校"专业"的规模结构、形式结构、层次结构和布局结构,可以切实反映职业教育结构的合理性问题。从合规律性、合目的性、合规范性三个维度展开分析,共有"完全合理"、"深层合理"等八种合理性评价类型。职业教育结构合理性是由"专业规模结构与产业结构人才需求的匹配度"等十二个相关要素构成,可以对应十二项具体指标进行评价。
[Abstract]:The rationality of vocational education structure is an important index to evaluate the development of vocational education. The scale structure, formal structure, hierarchical structure and layout structure of "specialty" in vocational colleges and universities can reflect the rationality of vocational education structure. From the three dimensions of regularity, purpose and standardization, there are eight types of rationality evaluation: "perfect rationality" and "deep rationality". The rationality of vocational education structure is composed of 12 related factors, such as "matching degree of professional scale structure and industrial structure talent demand", which can be evaluated according to 12 specific indexes.
