教育性和职业性是定位职业教育本质的应然视角

【摘要】：职业教育须具备教育活动的基本特征,还须具备自身的个性化特征。职业性和教育性是定位职业教育本质的应然视角,教育性的核心表现在教育的伦理性和策略性,职业性表现为专业设置的社会性、培养目标的实用性、培养过程的开放性。教育性、职业性诠释了职业教育质的规定性,职业教育是教育性和职业性的耦合,既体现工具理性、价值理性融通的职业教育价值取向,也彰显职业教育"道""艺"合一的培养目标。
[Abstract]:Vocational education must have the basic characteristics of educational activities and its own individualized characteristics. Occupation and education are the necessary visual angle to locate the essence of vocational education. The core of education is the ethics and strategy of education, and the professional performance is the sociality of professional setting, the practicability of training goal and the openness of training process. The nature of education explains the nature of vocational education. Vocational education is the coupling of education and occupation, which embodies the value orientation of vocational education, which combines instrumental rationality and value rationality. Also highlight the vocational education, "Tao", "art" in one training goal.
