基于行业联合学院平台的建筑类现代学徒制探索与实践

【摘要】：针对当前现代学徒制人才培养试点中存在的校企合作体制机制不健全、缺乏权威和统一的企业岗位课程标准和质量监督机制等问题,提出组建由行业协会、学院、企业3方组成的行业联合学院,探索现代学徒制与行业联合学院有机结合的人才培养模式,分析了试点专业、合作企业、企业师傅遴选、选拔的原则,构建了学生、学徒、准员工、员工4个层次,识岗、轮岗、专岗、顶岗4个阶段的人才培养路径。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the current pilot training of modern apprenticeship talents, such as the imperfect system and mechanism of cooperation between schools and enterprises, the lack of authority and unified standards of courses and quality supervision in enterprises, and so on, it is proposed to set up trade associations and colleges. This paper explores the talent training model of the combination of modern apprenticeship system and trade association college, analyzes the principles of pilot specialty, cooperative enterprise, master selection and selection, and constructs students and apprentices. Prospective employees, employees at 4 levels, to identify the post, rotation, post, four stages of talent training path.
