【摘要】:学习动力是由各种影响学习活动的因素产生的,是各种具有引起、推动和维持学习主体进行学习活动的力量的有机融合。学习动力问题尤其是学习动力不足不但会造成高职医学院校学生学习质量、学习成绩的降低,还会影响他们的身心健康发展,甚至最终会影响整个高等医学职业教育的发展,影响培养适应21世纪我国卫生事业和医学科技发展需要的高素质应用型人才目标的实现。 本研究以教育心理学为研究基础,采用问卷调查、文献研究等研究方法,了解高职医学院校学生学习动力的现状,在此基础上对高职医学院校学生的学习动力问题,尤其是动力不足问题及其影响根源进行了深入的分析,并尝试给出问题解决的对策建议。 第一部分为引言部分,概述本文选题的缘由与意义,探讨已有学习动力相关研究,说明本文研究思路方法,给出调查问卷设计、样本选取等情况。 第二部分为学习动力涵义、组成及学习动力的意义。 第三部分通过调查了解高职医学院校学生的学习动力现状,从社会、学校、家庭以及学生个体方面分析了高职医学院校学生学习动力存在问题的原因。 第四部分在第三部分原因分析的基础上,试着提出激发高职医学院校学生学习动力的对策建议。即优化社会环境,营造良好社会氛围以促进学习动力;优化校园育人环境,,建设和谐校园氛围以调动高职医学院校学生的学习积极性;重视家庭教育,完善家庭支持系统,激发学习动力。
[Abstract]:Learning motivation is produced by various factors that affect learning activities. It is an organic integration of various forces that cause, promote and maintain learning activities. The problem of learning motivation, especially the lack of learning motivation, will not only result in the decline of students' learning quality and academic achievement, but also affect their physical and mental health development, and even affect the development of higher medical vocational education as a whole. It affects the realization of the goal of cultivating high quality applied talents to meet the needs of the development of health care and medical science and technology in the 21st century. On the basis of educational psychology, the present situation of students' learning motivation in higher vocational medical colleges is understood by means of questionnaire survey and literature research. On this basis, the study motivation problems of students in higher vocational medical colleges are discussed. In particular, the problem of insufficient power and its causes are analyzed deeply, and the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problem are given. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the reason and significance of this topic, discusses the existing research on learning motivation, explains the research methods, gives the questionnaire design, sample selection and so on. The second part is the meaning of learning motivation, composition and the significance of learning motivation. In the third part, by investigating the current situation of the students' learning motivation in higher vocational medical colleges, the author analyzes the reasons for the problems in the students' learning motivation from the aspects of society, school, family and students. In the fourth part, on the basis of the reason analysis of the third part, the author tries to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to stimulate the students' learning motivation in higher vocational medical colleges. That is, to optimize the social environment, to create a good social atmosphere to promote learning motivation; to optimize the campus education environment, to build a harmonious campus atmosphere to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students in higher vocational medical colleges; to attach importance to family education, improve the family support system, Stimulate learning motivation.
