基于学习型组织的高职院校辅导员队伍建设研究

【摘要】:近年来,高职院校规模逐渐扩张,专职辅导员队伍也随之壮大起来。伴随学生特征的变化和学校办学的发展,这支队伍的重要性日渐凸显。做好学生思想政治工作的关键是在高职院校建设一支队伍稳定、素质高的辅导员队伍,推进辅导员队伍“职业化、专业化和专家化”建设。笔者调研了部分有代表性的河北省高职院校辅导员队伍建设情况,通过分析和借鉴许多学者的意见和建议,剖析了当前高职院校辅导员队伍建设的问题及原因。基于当前高职院校辅导员队伍“三化”建设的要求,发现当前在该问题的研究上还存在许多不足。笔者借鉴“学习型组织体系”作为建设高职院校辅导员队伍的理论平台,提出了建设高职院校学习型辅导员队伍的观点。一是以学习型组织的共同愿景建设,来稳定辅导员队伍,推进辅导员队伍的职业化建设;二是推进辅导员专业化队伍的建设需要借鉴学习型组织理论的团队学习提高辅导员素质才能实现;三是自我超越,树立终身学习的观念,为专家化的辅导员队伍建设提供路径;四是改变心智模式,消除职业倦怠,建设和谐的团队文化;五是系统思考,形成系统思维的模式,建设高素质的辅导员队伍。旨在为辅导员队伍的建设找到重要的理论依据,以该理论为基础,探索出符合高职特色的学习型辅导员队伍建设和培养模式;以“系统思考”的学习型组织的核心理念,,贯穿于学习型辅导员队伍构建的全过程,提升辅导员队伍的总体水平,从学习型组织的视角,用现代管理理念来管理和建设一支优秀的辅导员队伍。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of higher vocational colleges has expanded gradually, and the team of full-time counselors has grown. With the change of students' characteristics and the development of school running, the importance of this team is becoming more and more important. The key to the ideological and political work of students is to build a contingent of stable and high quality counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges and promote the counselors. The team "professionalization, specialization and expert" construction. The author investigated the construction of some representative team of counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hebei province. Through the analysis and reference of many scholars' opinions and suggestions, the author analyzed the problems and reasons of the construction of the instructor team in higher vocational colleges. Based on the current vocational college counselor team "three" It is found that there are still many shortcomings in the study of this problem. The author uses the "learning organization system" as the theoretical platform for the construction of the counselor team in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the view of building a team of learning counselors in higher vocational colleges. Team, promote the professional construction of the counselor team; two, to promote the construction of the professional team of counselors needs to learn from the learning organization theory team learning to improve the quality of counselors can be realized; three is self transcendence, set up the concept of lifelong learning, to provide a path for the construction of expert counselor team; four is to change the mental model. To eliminate job burnout and build a harmonious team culture, five is to think systematically, to form a mode of systematic thinking, to build a high quality counselor team, to find an important theoretical basis for the construction of the counselor team, and to explore the construction and training mode of a team of learning counselors in accordance with the theory. The core concept of "systematic thinking" of learning organization runs through the whole process of constructing the team of learning counselors, and improves the overall level of the counselor team. From the perspective of the learning organization, the modern management concept is used to manage and build an excellent team of instructors.
