校企联合培养“双师型”教师研究

【摘要】:我国职业教育的快速发展,迫切需要大批高素质的“双师型”教师。而“双师型”教师的培养一直是困扰职业教育发展的难题,也是阻碍我国职业教育质量提高的瓶颈。因此,关注“双师型”教师成长经历以及成长路径,把握其成长中存在的影响因素与发展困境,思考学校与企业联合培养“双师型”教师的策略,不仅有利于提高职业学校教师的素质,而且也是实现职业教育保质保量发展的重要前提。 本研究主要从“双师型”教师成长的经历出发,依照现状分析、国际比较到策略思考的技术路线,进行校企联合培养“双师型”教师的研究。论文首先从现实基础入手,即当前我国培养“双师型”教师的现实路径、现实环境,职业教育大发展对“双师型”教师提出的新要求,以及“双师型”教师的时代特征,来阐述职业院校“双师型”教师成长的现实基础;其次,根据德国、澳大利亚、日本三国的职教师资培养经验,探寻其职教专业师资培养的各自特色,如:德国学校一体化的职教师资培养,企业的高度参与、积极配合;澳大利亚TAFE学院严格的考核与培训制度,师资培训与行业相结合;日本学校明确培养目标,独立设置课程体系,企业通过“产学合作”的形式参与培养“职业训练指导员”。可以发现,在这些国家培养职教师资的过程中,企业与学校的密切合作,及企业重要作用的发挥不可忽视。第三,通过对访谈资料分析,总结出影响“双师型”教师成长的因素与发展困境,“双师型”教师的培养必须依靠政策支持下企校携手共同发挥作用;最后,对校企联合培养“双师型”教师进行策略思考,改变传统教师职业观念,建立健全政策保障体系,发挥企业在培养双师型教师中的不可替代作用,是创新培养“双师型”教师的必由之路。 本文综合运用文献法、访谈法及比较法,对校企联合培养“双师型”教师进行理论研究和实践考察,希望能够为“双师型”教师的培养提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of vocational education in China, a large number of high-quality double-qualified teachers are urgently needed. The cultivation of "double-qualified" teachers has always been a difficult problem for the development of vocational education, and also a bottleneck hindering the improvement of the quality of vocational education in our country. Therefore, we should pay attention to the growth experience and path of "double qualified" teachers, grasp the influencing factors and development difficulties in their growth, and think about the strategy of training "double qualified" teachers jointly by schools and enterprises. It is not only conducive to improving the quality of teachers in vocational schools, but also an important prerequisite for the development of quality and quantity of vocational education. Based on the experience of the growth of "double qualified" teachers, according to the analysis of the present situation and the international comparison to the technical route of strategic thinking, the research on the joint training of "double qualified" teachers between schools and enterprises is carried out. The thesis begins with the realistic foundation, that is, the realistic path, the realistic environment, the new requirements of the great development of vocational education for the "double qualified" teachers in our country, and the characteristics of the "double qualified" teachers' times. Secondly, according to the experience of vocational teacher training in Germany, Australia and Japan, to explore their own characteristics of vocational education professional teacher training, to explain the practical basis of the growth of "double qualified" teachers in vocational colleges and universities; secondly, according to the experience of vocational education teacher training in Germany, Australia and Japan. For example: the German school unifies the vocational education teacher training, the enterprise highly participates, positively cooperates; Australia TAFE institute strict examination and the training system, the teacher training and the profession unifies; the Japanese school clearly trains the goal, Set up the curriculum system independently, the enterprise takes part in the training of "vocational training instructor" through the form of "industry and school cooperation". It can be found that in the process of training teachers in these countries, the close cooperation between enterprises and schools, and the important role of enterprises can not be ignored. Thirdly, through the analysis of the interview data, the author summarizes the factors that affect the growth of the "double-qualified" teachers and the difficulties in their development. The cultivation of the "double-qualified" teachers must rely on the support of policy to jointly play a role in the development of the "double-qualified" teachers. Finally, In this paper, the author thinks about how to train "double-qualified" teachers jointly by schools and enterprises, changes the traditional teachers' professional concept, establishes and perfects the policy guarantee system, and gives play to the irreplaceable role of enterprises in the training of double-qualified teachers. It is the only way to innovate and train double-qualified teachers. This article synthetically uses the literature method, the interview method and the comparative method, carries on the theory research and the practice investigation to the school enterprise union training "double qualified" teacher, hopes to provide the beneficial reference for the "double qualified" teacher training.
