就业精准帮扶视阈下涉农类高职学生求职价值观现状

【摘要】：涉农类高职学生就业现状与世界经济环境复杂、国内经济新旧动能转化、国家产业结构调整加大、就业领域总量压力凸显、就业结构性矛盾突出、社会意识形态导向及大学生求职价值观等因素息息相关。本文选取涉农类高职学生为研究对象,调研其求职价值观现状,以期精准发力、分类施策、创新举措,助推高校大学生就业精准帮扶工作。
[Abstract]:The present employment situation of agricultural vocational college students and the world economic environment are complex, the new and old kinetic energy of domestic economy is transformed, the adjustment of national industrial structure is increased, the total pressure of employment field is prominent, and the structural contradiction of employment is prominent. Social ideology orientation and college students' job-seeking values are closely related to each other. This paper selects the agricultural students as the research object, investigates the present situation of their job-seeking values, with a view to accurate force, classification, innovative measures to promote the employment of college students to help the work of precision help.
