经济新常态背景下提升职教区域服务能力研究

【摘要】："中高速增长和中高端水平"是我国经济新常态下追求的"双目标",加快推进包括职业教育领域在内的社会治理体系和治理能力现代化,提升职业教育服务区域经济发展能力,满足当前经济发展的切实需求,是实现职业教育"现代性功能"的必然选择。职业院校可以从三个方面拓宽其实现路径:其一,加强校企协同培养技术技能人才的顶层设计,提升人才输出质量;其二,坚持"大职教观",拓宽职业教育服务领域,重视职业教育社会培训和多渠道育人功能;其三,不断搭建"产学研"校企所合作平台,为地方中小微企业提供产品开发和应用技术服务。
[Abstract]:"medium and high speed growth and middle and high level" are the "double goals" pursued under the new normal state of Chinese economy, which speeds up the modernization of the social governance system and governance capability, including the field of vocational education, and promotes the ability of vocational education to serve the regional economic development. It is an inevitable choice to fulfill the modern function of vocational education to meet the practical demand of current economic development. Vocational colleges and universities can broaden their realization paths from three aspects: first, strengthen the top-level design of cooperative training of technical and skilled personnel between schools and enterprises, and improve the quality of the export of talents; second, adhere to the concept of "big vocational education" and broaden the service fields of vocational education. Pay attention to the social training of vocational education and the function of multi-channel education. Thirdly, we should set up the cooperation platform of "production, learning and research", and provide product development and applied technical services for local small and medium enterprises.
