丹麦高职院校学生国际流动政策研究

【摘要】:21世纪世纪以来,在经济全球化的浪潮下,各国企业开始寻求国际化的发展,纷纷向国外扩展市场。而这种扩展,就需求有大量具有处理国际事务能力的员工。这就要求职业教育能培养出具有国际化能力的职工。而通过职业院校学生的国际流动是获取国际化能力最简单和有效的途径。近年来,欧洲相继提出了博洛尼亚进程、伊拉斯谟计划、伊拉斯谟世界计划等促进学生国际流动的政策。正是在这种背景下,丹麦政府把促进高职院校学生流动作为重要的发展目标。通过提出政策来确定高职学生流动的目标、颁布法案保障高职学生流动的顺利进行和设立相关奖学金促进学生流动,从而确立了丹麦高职院校学生的流动的基本框架。伴随着高职学生流动人数的增加,为了进一步促进流动,丹麦当局在立足于现状的基础上,提出了促进高职学生国际流动的新政策。本文在分析影响丹麦高职学生国际流动政策出台的背景的基础上,进一步研究丹麦当前的高职院校学生流动框架,并通过分析影响学生流动的诸因素对丹麦促进高职学生流动新政策进行分析,最后对其取得的效果进行总体的评价。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, under the tide of economic globalization, the enterprises of all countries have begun to seek the development of internationalization and expand their markets abroad one after another. And this kind of expansion, there is a large number of staff with the ability to deal with international affairs. This requires that vocational education can cultivate internationalized ability of the staff and workers. It is the simplest and most effective way to obtain internationalization ability through the international mobility of vocational college students. In recent years, Europe has put forward the Bologna process, Erasmus Plan, Erasmus World Program and other policies to promote the international mobility of students. It is against this background that the Danish government regards promoting the mobility of students in higher vocational colleges as an important development goal. By putting forward policies to determine the goal of higher vocational students' mobility, enacting a bill to guarantee the smooth progress of higher vocational students' mobility and setting up relevant scholarships to promote student mobility, the basic framework of student mobility in higher vocational colleges in Denmark is established. With the increase of the number of students floating in higher vocational colleges, in order to further promote the mobility, the Danish authorities put forward a new policy to promote the international mobility of vocational students on the basis of the current situation. On the basis of analyzing the background of the international mobility policy of Danish higher vocational students, this paper further studies the current framework of student mobility in higher vocational schools in Denmark. By analyzing the factors affecting student mobility, this paper analyzes the new policy of promoting the mobility of higher vocational students in Denmark, and finally makes an overall evaluation of the results achieved.
