【摘要】：伴随着技工教育的迅速发展，GDGY学校原校址凸显出众多问题，集中体现在:地处偏僻，交通条件差，周边环境恶劣，治安条件差，加上生源竞争激烈，导致学校连续多年招生能力直线下降，对学校的持续发展造成极大的冲击。趁着省人力资源和社会保障厅出台的《GD省加快现代技工教育体系建设规划（2010—2015年）》，特别是省委省政府、市委市政府对共建YB现代技工教育基地工程建设的不断投资的契机，， GDGY学校积极参与，正着手进行GDGY校址搬迁并异地建设项目，即GYGJ项目，但该项目进程中，如何保证项目高效率低成本运作，一直是GDGJ项目研究的重点工作，也是本项目的难点问题，更关系到增强该项目自身的核心竞争力，保持该项目可持续发展的一个十分迫切的问题。本文依据建设项目经济评价的方法和参数的分析框架和基础理论，对GYGJ项目进行财务评价及投资风险分析，结合GYGJ项目的实际情况和项目需求，为财务评价和投资风险分析提供基础数据。全文对GYGJ项目的基本概况与需求做了具体分析，重点针对GYGJ项目的财务方面情况进行了详细的评价，以及对GYGJ项目的投资风险做出了重点分析，论证了GYGJ项目的可行性。本文通过案例研究，对GYGJ项目投产后的财务状况，从盈利能力和偿债能力两方面进行了财务评价，分析净现值、内部收益率、投资回收期等财务评价指标。研究不确定因素的变动对项目实际运营结果产生的影响，对GYGJ项目的财务风险主要进行了线性和非线性盈亏平衡分析、单因素与多因素敏感性分析及概率分析，分析GYGJ项目的投资风险，从而确定GYGJ项目经济效益，明确GYGJ项目抗风险能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of craftsman education, the original GDGY school site highlights many problems, which are mainly reflected in its remoteness, poor traffic conditions, poor surrounding environment, poor public security conditions, and fierce competition among students. As a result, the enrollment ability of the school declined sharply for many years, which had a great impact on the sustainable development of the school. While the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the "Plan for accelerating the Construction of the Modern Technical Education system in GD Province (2010-2015)", especially the provincial party committee and the provincial government, The opportunity of continuous investment in the construction of YB modern craftsman education base by municipal party committee and municipal government, and the active participation of GDGY school, are beginning to carry out the GDGY campus relocation and construction project, namely, GYGJ project, but in the process of the project, How to ensure the high efficiency and low cost operation of the project has been the key work of the GDGJ project, and it is also the difficult problem of the project, which is also related to the enhancement of the core competitiveness of the project itself. Keeping the project sustainable is a very urgent problem. Based on the analysis framework and basic theory of economic evaluation methods and parameters of construction projects, this paper carries out financial evaluation and investment risk analysis of GYGJ projects, combining with the actual situation and project requirements of GYGJ projects. Provide basic data for financial evaluation and investment risk analysis. This paper makes a concrete analysis of the basic situation and needs of GYGJ project, especially evaluates the financial aspect of GYGJ project in detail, analyzes the investment risk of GYGJ project, and proves the feasibility of GYGJ project. In this paper, the financial status of GYGJ project is evaluated from two aspects of profitability and solvency through case study, and the financial evaluation indexes such as net present value, internal rate of return and investment payback period are analyzed. This paper studies the influence of the change of uncertain factors on the actual operation result of the project. The financial risk of GYGJ project is mainly analyzed by linear and nonlinear break-even analysis, single factor and multi-factor sensitivity analysis and probability analysis. The investment risk of GYGJ project is analyzed to determine the economic benefit of GYGJ project and the anti-risk ability of GYGJ project.
