我国高等职业教育多元化考试招生制度研究

【摘要】：高等职业教育作为高等教育的一个重要组成部分,是广大青年成才和成功的重要途径。它担负着培养多样化人才,传承技术技能,促进就业创业的重要职能。考试招生制度作为高等职业教育发展的三大环节之首要一环,对提升高职教育质量发挥着重要作用。为此,对其展开研究,不仅具有重要的理论价值,而且具有重大的现实意义。本研究以加德纳的多元智能理论为依据,主要探讨多元化考试招生制度在高等职业教育发展中的实施情况。文章除引言、结语外,主要分为四个部分:第一部分主要从历史发展的脉络来对高等职业教育考试招生制度作了简要梳理,划分为调试阶段、探索阶段、发展阶段三大发展历程,并总结出高等职业教育考试招生制度的改革趋势。第二部分是基于考招分离的原则下,首先对现行的两种考试制度和六种招生方式进行简要分析。其次,通过对高职院校管理者、招办负责人、老师等人员的访谈中,发现当前这一制度仍然存在两方面问题:一是生源状况欠佳;二是制度供给匮乏。最后,从观念层面、宣传力度、制度环境三方面进行成因分析。第三部分主要选取高等职业教育比较发达的美国、瑞士、日本三个国家的考试招生特色进行概述,从而发现我国高职考试招生发展的不足,取长补短。第四部分则是从制度本身存在的问题出发,以多元智能理论为依据,从社会环境、制度环境、院校创造力三个方面来提出完善建议。高等职业教育是产业升级、知识结构转型的必然产物,改革和完善高等职业教育是大势所趋,实行多元化考试招生制度则是首要之义。只有在实施的过程中,不断改革,不断完善,才能真正做到科学选拔人才、有效培养人才、快速输出人才。
[Abstract]:As an important part of higher education, higher vocational education is an important way for young people to become talented and successful. It shoulders the important function of cultivating diversified talents, inheriting technical skills and promoting employment and entrepreneurship. As one of the most important links in the development of higher vocational education, the examination and enrollment system plays an important role in improving the quality of higher vocational education. Therefore, the research on it not only has important theoretical value, but also has great practical significance. Based on Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, this study mainly discusses the implementation of the pluralistic examination enrollment system in the development of higher vocational education. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the article is divided into four parts: the first part briefly combs the enrollment system of higher vocational education examination from the historical development context, and divides it into debugging stage and exploring stage. Three stages of development, and summed up the higher vocational education examination enrollment system reform trend. The second part is based on the principle of the separation of entrance examination, first of all, the current two examination systems and six ways of enrollment are briefly analyzed. Secondly, through the interviews with managers, teachers and so on, it is found that there are still two problems in the current system: first, the status of students is poor; second, the system is short of supply. Finally, from the concept level, propaganda strength, institutional environment to analyze the causes of three aspects. The third part mainly selects the higher vocational education more developed America, Switzerland, Japan three countries examination enrollment characteristic carries on the summary, thus discovers our country higher vocational education examination enrollment development insufficiency, draws lessons from each other. The fourth part is based on the theory of multiple intelligences, and puts forward some suggestions from three aspects of social environment, institutional environment and college creativity. Higher vocational education is the inevitable outcome of industrial upgrading and knowledge structure transformation. It is the trend of the times to reform and perfect higher vocational education. Only in the process of implementation, continuous reform and continuous improvement, can we really select talents scientifically, train talents effectively and export talents quickly.
