工学结合模式下T校6S管理的研究与实践

【摘要】:高职院校的根本任务是培养生产、服务、建设、管理一线需要的高端技能型人才。高等职业教育的蓬勃发展必然要求与企业深度融合,学企业之长,为培养适合企业发展的人才而努力。学习企业的管理文化是高职院校与企业融合的重要途径。6S管理是当前企业普遍推行并成果显著的企业管理文化,是高职院校与企业融合的首选。 本文采取调查研究法,以高职院校T校为研究对象,探索其引入企业6S管理的重要意义,挖掘6S管理在T校实施中的新内涵,探讨T校在课程教学、实验实训基地、公共学习场所、学生宿舍全面实施6S管理的基本情况、实施过程、实施成效和取得的经验。 研究表明,6S管理在T校的实施,缓和了学校建设和发展中的内部矛盾,,塑造了健康、和谐的校园文化氛围,深化了学校“师德师风”建设的内涵,提高了学生素质和学校办学满意度,增强了学院品牌的示范辐射作用。 文章通过T校实施6S管理的成功经验,总结了6S管理在高职院校实施中内涵的拓展和深化、实施方法充分体现学校教育教学工作“以人为本”、重视校园文化的熏陶作用、遵循循序渐进的育人规律等特点。指出学校管理不能照抄照搬企业管理模式,6S管理不是解决高职院校发展困境的万能“良药”,6S管理在高职院校的实施需要依托行业、企业的支持与援助。
[Abstract]:The basic task of higher vocational colleges is to train high-end skilled talents who are needed in production, service, construction and management. The vigorous development of higher vocational education will inevitably require the deep integration with the enterprise, learn the strength of the enterprise, and strive to cultivate talents suitable for the development of the enterprise. Learning the management culture of enterprises is an important way for the integration of higher vocational colleges and enterprises. 6S management is the enterprise management culture which is widely carried out by enterprises and is the first choice for the integration of higher vocational colleges and enterprises. This paper takes T school in higher vocational college as the research object, explores the significance of introducing 6S management into enterprise, excavates the new connotation of 6S management in T school, and probes into the course teaching and experimental training base of T school. The basic situation, process, effect and experience of implementing 6S management in public learning places and student dormitories. The research shows that the implementation of "Yi-6S" management in T school alleviates the internal contradiction in the construction and development of the school, molds the healthy and harmonious campus cultural atmosphere, and deepens the connotation of the construction of "teacher ethics and teacher style". Improve the quality of students and school satisfaction, enhance the role of the college brand model radiation. Based on the successful experience of implementing 6S management in T school, this paper sums up the extension and deepening of the connotation of 6S management in higher vocational colleges. The implementation method fully reflects the "people-oriented" education and teaching work in schools and attaches importance to the edifying role of campus culture. Follow the law of gradual education and other characteristics. It is pointed out that the school management can not copy the enterprise management model and the 6S management is not a panacea "good medicine" for solving the difficulties of the development of the higher vocational colleges. The implementation of the 6S management in the higher vocational colleges needs the support and assistance of the industry and the enterprises.
