多主体协同:我国职业教育智库建设的思考

【摘要】:职业教育的改革与发展越来越需要智库这一"独立的思想盒子"为其出谋划策,提供改革与发展的方案,而当下,职业教育智库建设的最佳行动方案无疑是走多主体协同建设的道路。从多主体协同建设的视角来看,提倡多主体协同建设是为了回应以往建设中的资政目标不明、研究队伍结构单一、和谐秩序不佳、协洽机制不畅等问题。在新的形势下,凝聚共识、整合优势、建章立制、疏通渠道,成为积极克服协同障碍、提供高质量智力支撑的重要举措。
[Abstract]:The reform and development of vocational education more and more need the think-tank, an independent thought box, to advise it and provide it with a plan for reform and development, and now, The best plan of action for the construction of vocational education think-tank is undoubtedly to take the road of multi-subject cooperative construction. From the point of view of multi-agent cooperative construction, the purpose of advocating multi-agent cooperative construction is to respond to the problems such as the lack of objective of administrative affairs in the past, the single structure of research team, the poor harmonious order, the poor coordination mechanism, and so on. Under the new situation, it is an important measure to gather consensus, integrate advantages, set up rules and regulations, and dredge channels to overcome the obstacles of cooperation and provide high quality intellectual support.
