江西省中职教师在职攻读硕士学位现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】:中职教师在攻读硕士学位(以下简称“中职硕士”)是我国研究生教育中的一种特殊培养形式,也是自2000年以来研究生教育发展的新生事物。中职硕士是在国内外专家学者论证与研究基础上,经国务院学位委员会批准试办的,自试办至今已有十余年办学历程。中职硕士面向中等职业学校教师(以下简称“中职教师”)这一特殊群体,重点是全面提高中等职业学校教师的思想政治素质、业务水平、教学能力和专业知识,目的是为国家培养更多中青年专业骨干教师和专业带头人,推动我国职业教育事业发展,更好地为国家的经济社会发展服务。 本论文先从总体上论述了选题的背景、国内外相关研究述评、研究的目的及意义、研究的基本思路及基本内容、研究方法与研究的创新以及相关概念的释义。本部分为全文研究提供了一个明确的分析框架。之后,本论文对江西省开展中职硕士工作的需求因素进行了分析,并找出了相关影响因素。同时,全文以中职硕士培养为切入点,通过搜集相关资料和文献、派发问卷、个别访谈等调查方式对我省中职硕士的现状进行了分析,并分析了目前我省中职硕士培养各个环节存在的问题与不足之处,为下面的研究提供了现实依据。与此同时,本论文运用比较研究法对国外职教师资培养培训的特点以及国外在职研究生教育的主要特征进行了归纳和总结,为我省中职硕士培养提供了借鉴和启发。在以上现状分析、问题分析、国外比较分析基础上,,本论文将为我省中职硕士学位工作的继续开展提出建设性的意见和建议,从我省教育主管部门、中职院校以及培养高校三方面综合改进提高,最终建立起具有特色符合省情的中职教师在职攻读硕士学位教育。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational school teachers studying for master's degree (hereinafter referred to as "secondary vocational master's degree") is a special training form of graduate education in our country, and it is also a new thing in the development of graduate education since 2000. The Master of secondary vocational school was approved by the academic degree Committee of the State Council on the basis of the demonstration and research of experts and scholars at home and abroad, and it has been more than ten years since the trial. The master of secondary vocational school aims at the special group of secondary vocational school teachers (hereinafter referred to as "secondary vocational school teachers"), which focuses on comprehensively improving the teachers' ideological and political quality, professional level, teaching ability and professional knowledge in secondary vocational schools. The purpose is to train more young and middle-aged professional backbone teachers and professional leaders to promote the development of vocational education in China and to better serve the economic and social development of the country. This paper first discusses the background of the topic, the review of relevant research at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of the research, the basic ideas and contents of the research, the innovation of research methods and research, and the interpretation of related concepts. This part is divided into full-text research to provide a clear analytical framework. After that, this paper analyzes the demand factors of the secondary vocational master's work in Jiangxi Province, and finds out the related factors. At the same time, through collecting relevant information and literature, distributing questionnaires and individual interviews, this paper analyzes the current situation of secondary vocational masters in our province. It also analyzes the problems and deficiencies in each link of the secondary vocational training in our province at present, which provides the realistic basis for the following research. At the same time, this paper uses the method of comparative research to summarize the characteristics of foreign vocational education teachers' training and the main characteristics of in-service graduate education abroad, which provides a reference and inspiration for the cultivation of master's degree in secondary vocational schools in our province. On the basis of the analysis of the present situation above, the analysis of problems, and the comparative analysis of foreign countries, this paper will offer constructive suggestions and suggestions for the continuation of the work of master's degree in secondary vocational schools in our province, and from the competent department of education in our province, The secondary vocational colleges and universities are improved and improved in three aspects. Finally, the secondary vocational school teachers with special characteristics are established to study for the master's degree.
